This is truly the best Wingstop location in South San Jose. I usually order to go and by the time I get home my food is still hot. The staff is friendly, the restaurant is usually pretty well kept, and the quality of the food is crave-worthy. They aren’t skimpy on the seasoning and actually give you extra fry seasoning upon request, which is the opposite of what I’ve consistently experienced at other locations. Last time I went there I tried the new smokey chipotle dry rub, and finally gave the hot honey dry rub a try as well, (I regretted only getting a few of the hot honey flavor) both are really good, but hot honey is my new favorite and go to since the elote flavor is gone. Keep up the consistency!

Got the 20 piece of wings for $20.last night came home started to eat them I’d say that it was over cooked hard and DRY so this morning I took back 14 pieces and the manager was so mad cause of my complaint the wings were so hard. I didn’t want my money back all I wanted was a new batch wings. He ended up giving me 5 new ones he was nowhere near nice I will never go to that place again on Snell & Branham he just made a fuss in front of other customers. I will be telling a lot of people about the management there

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Horrible service and experience. Waited half an hour. Rude cashier (some skinny Latino guy). Never going to these people. Avoid at all costs. Go to the Panda Express next door or get wings at the pizza place. Way better!

I felt the need to leave a review after the manager helped me out. I had made a mistake ordering, and it was on me, but he added combo on top of it just so I wouldn’t feel so disappointed. Cool guy. They also have TV’s, a bathroom, and a freestyle soda machine. So it’s a nice place to chill and have lunch if you’re on your break. Food was also excellent. Cashier was very nice. Tables were clean and chairs were padded and comfy. Located in a plaza so there’s plenty of parking, and a 10 minute pickup parking zone if you’re in a rush.

I walked in to pick up my pre ordered food and it smelled like sewage. I should’ve just walked out right then and asked for a refund because I ate it and got food poisoning for 4 days
