Yogurt is fine. But there policy to basically close 15-20 min before actual closing time is annoying. We came at 7:45 it closed at 8:00. All tables had chairs on top of them, half of toppings were put away. The help was clearly ready to go home and we were delaying them. Please tell the workers they will get paid past closing time if they have customers.

I wish I could leave zero stars. The customer service was terrible. There was a young man working that seemed either too annoyed to have to work or lack of empathy. I was there 20 minutes before closing and he had already cleaned up the toppings and when I asked if it was possible to pull them out he refused and said no. He seemed to be in a rush to leave/close. I understand the feeling of wanting to clock out after a shift but the rudeness was uncalled for.

I came by around 12:30 yesterday and i was so happy seeing the cashier giving stickers to little kids, the atmosphere felt really welcoming, it was a good experience the worker was also really nice she explained the yogurt flavor and gave good suggestions the conversations going on were interesting as well it was a good morning for sure!most definitely going back!!

I was very surprised during my recent visit to Yogurtland. The cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired, with a generally unkempt appearance that was immediately off-putting. Adding to the discomfort was the volume of the music being played; it was so loud and unfamiliar that it created an unwelcoming atmosphere, rather than adding to the ambiance.Furthermore, the basics that one would expect, like napkins and water, were nowhere to be found, compounding the sense of poor service and lack of attention to customer needs. It was a letdown because I've usually known Yogurtland to be a go-to spot for a fun frozen yogurt experience. Unfortunately, this visit was far from enjoyable.

The place is dirty, the tables are sticky, and the frozen yogurt is meh. What killed it for me is the loud music in Arabic - just bad taste. Skip.

We love yogurtland but we had pretty bad experience at this yogurtland. We were excited to get yogurt and entered the shop before their closing time. To our surprise, all the machines were shut down and already cleaned up.We were told that they are not going to serve us.On asking why, the employee started arguing that we should have not come in the store a few minutes before the closing time. They just went on arguing as to why it’s our fault even though they agreed that we were in the store few minutes before the closing time.We were not expecting such an experience in front of our kids.

Always closed early or at weird times that arent advertised. Please keep your business hours. Also would be nice if they were open later

Very few flavors available. Dirty ceilings. Apathetic staff. All sort of meh in terms of things here. It's Yogurtland, but just barely.

Toppings often put away well before closing time… would be nice if all products were kept out during the posted business hours.

It's 3:25pm on a Tuesday afternoon. We walked up and the doors are locked with no lights on. We sat outside for 15 Minutes thinking maybe a break? Nope. We watched 15-20 people walk up and pull on the door and say "they are closed????? What the heck? ". Well this was disappointing for my kids as well as the other kids that tried to get some frozen yogurt. Sad.

The pineapple and mango flavour was too strong, and the gummy bears and worms tasted terrible

A couple stations were empty. Alphonso Mango yogurt was very sour for my taste. Birthday batter flavoured yogurt was yummy. Cookies and cream and strawberry flavored yogurts were good. It's a good place for kids to hangout and have their favorite dessert.

it's always dirty outside in the sitting area. Trash cans overflowing. The frozen yogurt is hit or miss. Sometimes they dont even have the plain one. Sometimes its almost liquid barely frozen. Toppings are often not available (some of them eg Boba). The cashiers are often clueless how to operate the register. I don't think they are well trained. Sometimes you walk into this place and there is nobody around.

Never goes wrong. Frozen yogurt with additions and the kids are happy.$30 for four kids is getting ridiculous
