Horrible service
Bad service location. Attendant does not even know what she is selling.
The flavors tasted good and hygiene is maintained
The overall franchise status is extremely clean
Incredibly irresponsible staff. Multiple days I have gone and they are not open when they say they are.
Today I went at 11:15, they opened at 11:00. The girl inside said they were not open and that they needed 45 minutes to get everything ready. It was also the giant spoon day, and when asked the girl worker had no idea what I was talking about.
Bad customer service
The frozen yogurt itself is tasty but beware that they don't only use sugar to sweeten the froyo. Dextrose is another one of the key ingredients that goes into the frozen yogurt. For people with diabetes dextrose can be dangerous. It can cause your blood sugar to suddenly spike and put you at risk of diabetic ketoacidosis or severe hyperglycemia. So many people already have or are at risk of getting diabetes that adding this ingredient into the yogurt without disclosing it is extremely irresponsible (a customer can end up going to the hospital). I was looking for a healthy, low calorie snack here tonight and instead I developed the jitters, a headache, irritability, and put myself at risk for diabetes! This is a classic case of a greedy business trying to make a fast buck on unsuspecting customers. Ingredients like dextrose (especially the amount that goes into the frozen yogurt here) must be disclosed for the health and safety of your customers. I'm avoiding all Yogurtlands in the future.
Store not open as advertised!
Great selection and lots of people to see.
Yogurtland is such an awesome frozen yogurt spot! I love how many different flavors they offer, from classics like vanilla and chocolate to unique seasonal ones that keep things exciting. On top of that, the toppings bar is always fun—you can pile on fresh fruit, candy, cookies, or even a drizzle of syrup to make it just the way you like it.
For me, Yogurtland has also become a little personal tradition. Whenever I pass an exam at San Jose State, I like to stop by and treat myself to some frozen yogurt as a small reward. It’s the perfect way to celebrate an accomplishment while enjoying something sweet and refreshing. The atmosphere inside is always clean and welcoming, and the staff are friendly and quick to help if you need anything.
What makes it stand out is the balance of quality and value—you get to choose exactly how much you want, and the self-serve style makes it fun to customize. Whether I’m celebrating a milestone, hanging out with friends, or just craving a frozen dessert, Yogurtland never disappoints.
Great flavors! Wish they had a no sugar added option though overall still lower sugar than ice cream. Delicious!! Would go again!!

Pretty much what you’d expect from a Yogurtland, although, it was kind of dirty. I wouldn’t go to this Yogurtland to sit down and have some froyo.
BUT the girl working the register was nice and offered help if we needed anything!!
Very bad experience. They used to have good quality frozen yogurt but it seems like the quality has gone bad.
its 10pm and they wont take us even tho closing is 11pm? ok… i just wanted froyo :(
