Highly overpriced. The product is just sugar slush. Can't taste any yoghurt in it.All flavors taste the same. Like too much sugar and nothing else. More sugar in toppings.Pay by weight, which is a big ripoff.Downtown San Jose neighborhood.

They close at 11 pm or whenever they want! They don’t actually close at 12am. Depends on the employee because they close at the time they wantParking: They close at 11 pm or whenever they want! They don’t actually close at 12am. Depends on the employee because they close at the time they want!!!!

When it comes to soft serve, Yogurtland is by far my favorite. This location in particular because it brings me back to my college days, where I came here weekly. After dinner down the block and eating a ton of meats, something sweet was in order, so it only made sense to come here.My favorite flavors are the fresh strawberry, cookies n cream, and plain tart. The flavors really stand out and is the perfect consistency. For toppings the cheesecake bites are the best, plus some chopped peanuts, I absolutely inhaled this thing.Prices have definitely risen, but that's everything in 2023. Spent $14 for two people, and my friend got a minuscule amount. The place definitely needs some TLC because it looked messy and sticky. Didn't deter me from enjoying my dessert though.

The Strawberry flavor here is really great and is by far the best. The worker there was really kind and helpful. I believe her name was Kim.

Dirty and disgusting! Staff lies that the restroom is out of order. This used to be my go to place. I used to go 3-4 times a week. Alas, after my experience last week, I no longer feel safe eating at this place. Like many times before, I came in after work but this time I wanted to wash my hands before handling food. They had no hand sanitizer in the store, so after I paid for my purchase, I asked the girl behind the counter if I could use the restroom. I was told it was out of order. When I asked where they wash their hands (since they handle food), they laughed. I got my yogurt and was standing near the entrance (they wouldn't let me use chairs that were stacked against the wall - apparently that is some kind of policy!?) and that's when I saw the girl who told me that the restroom was out of order go into that very bathroom. When I saw her come out few minutes later I asked if the restroom was operational. This time she said that the restroom was fine. but it was for employee use only. In other words, she lied. If you want to eat at place where you are disrespected and not allowed to use a chair while eating, and if you don't mind getting all sorts of stomach bugs due to poor hygiene standards, this place fits the bill. Normal people should stay away.

Avoid this place by all means! They took away one of our chairs because it was some kind of a policy. We were a group of five middle age college professors who jus wanted some light desert late in the evening after a long day of work. We sat down and were told by one of the servers that we could not use the fifth chair as per their policy. We respectfully asked her to allow us 5 minutes to finish eating, but she literally pulled a chair away and forced us to eat standing up because that was 'the policy'. The store was empty with only one other table occupied. Taking people's money in what is a sit down establishment and then forcing them to eat standing up while the tables are empty is absolutely insane, not to mention disrespectful. If you have any self-respect, do not give your money at this place!

Im so upset with the fact that i called this location @ 9:52pm asking if they had cheesecake bites available & they replied yes so i get here 10:05pm & they apparently put away all the toppings that are supposed to be kept cool i know this because i used to work @ yogurtland (this specific location actually) & when i ask if they can bring it out they say no not anymore we stop serving them already. Keep in my mind a whole hour before closing never coming back.
