We had the best experience! Went to celebrate our son’s birthday and the man who was helping us(Bzaveri) sang him happy birthday in his native language, gave him a “birthday candle” (it was a cookie) and some stickers. He took it to the next level and we were so impressed! Oh and the yogurt was delicious. Lots of good flavors and a ton of toppings!

I have a lot of problems with this particular location in brokaw rd. The frozen yogurt quality here tastes so weird and not the right consistency or texture compared to other locations like Milpitas or story rd.The options in flavors are lacking as well, having only 6 flavors. Wish there was more.Customer service could also be improved because I didn’t even hear a greeting or even a thank you have a good day when I finished paying. Simple customer service goes a long way but it’s just teenagers who most likely don’t care about their job. I get it.Yogurtland could do better

Tasty, decent price, great toppings, great flavors, friendly employees, accepts apple pay, and was clean on the inside! Only thing I would hope to see is the addition of an ingredients list so I can see which flavors have more added sugars and what not. I like how the frozen yogurt location at Eastridge mall actually shows you which flavors have no added sugars on the signs right above the yogurt machines.
