There was a paper on the door that said they would be back by 4:30 and they did at around 4:40, which was a little annoying. When I did go in, there wasn’t many flavors, and the cookies and cream is just chocolate. It kind of looks like a prison in there

I went today and i was just beyond shocked with this behavior of this lady. I heard another employee that her name was judith? well anyways she was just not helping at all, she was at the cashier but so rude not friendly and made the experience so not nice. she was just on her phone, unfriendly, & it's none of my business but i heard the other employee complain about her leaving messes. she's just a whole mess, i do not recommend this place because of judith .

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE... you'd think after reading all these reviews after YEARS of people complaining about the SAME stuff they would improve their environment but no... legit only about 5 flavors were available which sucked a lot my options were super limited and on top of that they literally had barley any toppings?? The fruit was NOT fresh the mango is super old so were the rest of the toppings the customer service was definitely the cherry on top.. super rude and short and she had the audacity to ask for a tip?? For what.. standing there and being rude? Definitely don't recommend this place this is complete bullshit. Their team is gonna respond to all the complaints but isn't doing anything about it which is ridiculous and wrong! If I could give this place a 0 star rating I would!

Great frozen yogurt place! Friendly service, fun flavors, very clean interior. I especially liked their boba and Thai tea flavors, but they have plenty of classics, too. I saw all ages of people here and it's a cute date spot.They wipe down the machines and nozzles frequently so everything stays super hygienic. Would definitely come back!

Thanks for the response Melissa, hopefully rocket pop can be brought back soon. I will contact corporate to let them know about customer preferences (all my friends mainly enjoy this flavor as well).

Best froyo flavor out of the three we got was the orange blossom white peach light ice cream. It was delicious. We also got strawberry and some chocolate flavor. Beware when coming to this location as they don't have many flavors to pick from. Can't tell if it was just during the time we went or it's consistently like that.

Came here with a friend after craving some frozen yogurt on National Frozen Yogurt Day, where Yogurtland was doing a buy one get one free deal! When we went in, there were lots of couples there cashing in on the deal. I haven't gone to Yogurtland in a while, so I'm not sure of whether this is an indicator of their usual service time. However, the line moved smoothly & we managed to get in & out in under 5 minutes. There were some machines that were either out of order or ran out of frozen yogurt, but we managed to grab the classics- original, vanilla bean, a frozen hot chocolate flavor, ice pop, and mango to name a few! The toppings bar is self serve and so so delicious. I will say, I'd love if they had a rewards program like other frozen yogurt places (Tutti Frutti and Pinkberry with stamp cards, etc), but I'm satisfied with the service there. There's plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, which means you can eat your froyo right after you get it!
