My children and I sat through a uncomfortable situation. The associate is convincing me yogurtland never recived payment by me cause the associate who actually attended me ran to the back talking about I didnt pay because they did NOT recieve a receipt on their end. Although I used TAP my charge showed pendeing, I even showed her. I know bookeeping. She had me charged again but a discounted price to make me feel better. She argued I still hadnt paid. Then my children and I waited for 35 mins for the manager to state her computer from HER home shows I didnt pay?
Im sitting here with two statements from this yogurtland.
Dumbfounded, this place is a rip off and the associates cant admit they were wrong for it. Never got my refund. They gave me their word. 36 bucks for like 18 oz of ice cream...get it together girls.

Quick stop for a little desert after dinner. Not busy, fair choices, clean environment, reasonable pricing. Don't know if we would return again. Indifferent to the experience.

Went in for the BOGO deal and the worker instead of giving us buy one get one free they double charged for the biggest item and over charged us. When we went back after noticing the overcharge they were very flustered and didnt seem to understand the mistake they made. Instead they said they charged us less and that we would have had to pay more. I offered to reweigh everything since they messed up and since i was trying to figure out I hadnt touched the yogurt, i showed them on the scale how mine was the heaviest and how they double charged it, but they didnt seem to budge. We were causing there to be a huge line so i offered to give them my number so that they can call and sort this out after. Very dismissively handed me a pen after complaining about it to a coworker, and when we tried explaining it to the coworker they said this person helped you they have to figure it out. after handing us the pen the worker began to help the next customer so we asked for the managers number, the worker didnt give it to us and again complained about it to their coworker. After this a nicer coworker came from the back and we simply asked for the managers number and they gave it to us. Overall customer service was lackluster and their seemed to be no accountability. Nowhere on the receipt did it even state there was a BOGO offer instead we were overcharged and I ended up having to eat melted Froyo. Never coming back to this yogurtland.
Absolutely must try! Take the tray, fill it from the dispensers choosing between different types of yogurt, then choose the toppings you want, weigh and pay. Very good!
