I ordered from here with Doordash and the roll I ordered came with jalapeno and spicy mayo. I asked forit without jalapeno and without spicy mayo. And to sub ponzu instead. They charged me extra for the ponzu and still put the spicy mayo on it. Fail.

We had a great dinner at Yoshi sushi. Initially we were hesitant seeing the google ratings but we decided to give this place a go, and I am glad we did! We were pleasantly surprised by the food quality and the minimal wait time for getting the food.

Came in for dinner at Yoshi Sushi and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Our server, Gigi, was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. The Lion King Roll is definitely the one packed with flavor and absolutely worth ordering again. Even the water here tastes extra fresh because they prep it with watermelon, cucumber, lemon and mint leaves, which says a lot about how much they pay attention to the little details. Overall, great service, great food, and a place I’d definitely come back to.

I came here to pick up a DoorDash order and politely asked to use the restroom. The lady at the front told me “DoorDashers are not allowed to use the restroom.” I understand every business has policies, but this one makes no sense. We’re literally helping bring in revenue and keeping their business running by delivering their food.
Refusing basic restroom access to delivery drivers is not only disrespectful—it’s just bad hospitality. I even considered buying something, but after that experience, I wouldn’t give them a cent.
Trash customer service and zero appreciation for the people helping them make money. Do better, Yoshi Sushi.
Edit- it’s also in the grey area in terms of legality.

new go to sushi dinner spot in SJ! my sister and I LOVED the mango crunch roll! It was so smooth and soft and crunchy at the same time! Also loved how they served water with fruit like watermelon and strawberries! There was also a mini claw machine and we won a pikachu toy on our first try!
Gross sushi I will never eat there again do yourself a favor and never go!

Food was great, waiters were great, but the food service and atmosphere was terrible.
There were only six guests total (including us) in the restaurant and it took nearly 40 minutes for our table to get our food (we ordered 4 rolls).
The kitchen staff were being very loud and also having a conversation that the whole restaurant could hear.
The interior of the place is beautiful but ruined by the loud rap (lol) music that they were blasting through the speakers. It was an interesting choice of music for the setting.
I would come back for the food, but I will never eat in the restaurant ever again.

Came for lunch with colleagues around 1:30 and had a great experience.
The environment is very clean and the decoration is very cute. The bento lunch is about $ 17 which includes a choice of main course, miso soup, California roll 4 pcs , salad, and gyoza. I think it is a very good price for lunch .
I added the sake belly , size is big , 2 pcs only $8.90 which was very reasonable.
Service was friendly and quick.
