Today I purchased 2 chocolate old fashioned donuts. When I got home, I bit into one & it was ridiculously chewy & dry. The second one is the same. When I called to speak to the manager, I was told she wouldn't be back til Tuesday & the employee had no further advice to give. I'm very disappointed that a 24 hour donut shop is selling old inedible donuts at 2pm. I'll stick to Stan's.

Came here Friday night and ordered a rasberry filled doughnut. I handed the cashier 4 1s and because they were crisp, I was questioned if they were fake bills. Ppfffttt, yeah like got nothing better to do than pass fake 1s. I didn't even finish my doughnut. I've been here before and liked the selection but there are other places open late...

If I could give it 0 stars I would, my mom came in there with her service dog and sometimes her disability isn’t always visible but the boss there said “ You can’t come in with the dog can’t you see there’s food?” This was the worst service ever, we have been to more “prestigious” restaurants and they give no fuss about it. Although I do understand but that was not a way to talk about which was very rude.

Coming here staff is very hit or miss. They're either really nice and helpful or extremely rude and condescending. Went in today to get juice and a snack but the young man helping forgot items and then when we asked about the missing items after checking out he came back acting coy. The woman working behind him asked for a receipt from us but we had said no receipt at checkout and then they got mad at us even though they were the ones who took the receipt a minute prior. They were being rude and trying to lecture us about how we must have tossed the receipt because they always gave receipts out but we had said no receipt and the worker had taped it and taken it so how does it not make sense when we pointed that out? Not only that they raised their voices at us and when we walked out the door another customer also pointed out how they were being rude and should not be working in service if theyre acting like they do for their incompetence.

I had given them good reviews before but I have gone there several times to buy my breakfast before work and they took a while. But the last straw was today when I arrived and I was waiting 30 minutes for a crossaint and they attended and sent out the orders of people who arrived after me and mine alone did not come out.
Yum yum makes great donuts. Maybe not as great as Sam's, but it's easier to get to and to get in. Way cheaper than Krispy Kreme and IMHO quite a bit better!Kid-friendliness: The kids LOVE to come in because they can pick their own donut!
