We ordered two hotpots, both of which were very salty. We also ordered a portion of salty crispy chicken, which was pretty good. However, the waiter's service was very poor from the beginning to the end. From the beginning of ordering to the last time he went to the counter to pay, he always had a bad face. When the bill was given to us, he almost waved it away... This is a strong restaurant Not recommended.

Delicious but affordable, American style will make you want to have a small hot pot + hand-cranked drinks + fried snacks

Hotpot is good. Popcorn chicken is must have.
It's one of my local hotspots. I've been eating here since pre Covid. Good thing the business survived because this place has the hot Mongolian beef broth that I like. It's not too thick and not too much. Just enough portion for 1 person. Overall service is good. They have milk tea also. Recommended the England milk tea.

I never thought that you can eat Taiwanese hotpot and milk tea in California. It tastes so delicious and the boss’s service is kind! A solution to Taiwan’s gluttony!

The food is acceptable, but they should put more effort into improving hygiene. Dirty dishes, pots, seafood shells, and used napkins were just left on every table—literally every single table! I felt like I was sitting in a junkyard while having lunch.

First time at this restaurant. Interesting mix of popcorn chicken and hot pot. Since it was mid afternoon, decided to do takeout. Had an order of Mongolian hotpot with lamb / ramen and an order of popcorn chicken. Portion of hotpot was for one and not American supersize - which is great. However the broth was just average - like what you would buy from Ranch 99 nearby. The popcorn chicken was crusty and crunchy good - reminds me of Popeyes chicken. Total bill: $22 + 7 which is better food than fast food. If you have time, you can definitely replicate at home too.
Was an okay spot ?I definitely agree with the great prices. The food amount was quite small in comparison to other places, but it's a nice comfortable restraunt to have lunch and catch up with friends. The spicy mongolian hot pot with beef and seafood was quite delicious.

The base broth was really lacking in body. Although it was very affordable, the quality just wasn’t there. All surfaces and menus feel sticky so you don’t feel clean or like hanging out much longer after you’re done. I'm comparing to Tasty Pot and Boiling Point, and this has to be bottom rung.I’ll be back to try the popcorn chx another day

I'm a little disappointed on my last visit on Friday night, the popcorn chicken we ordered was tasted old and soaked in oil. Very bad quality like it was some extra that they fried from previous batch and sitting there until the next order come in and they heat it backup with the oven. The chicken freshness was zero star. Each visit is more like hit or miss, i hope they can improve the way they make their chicken fresh, customer doesn't deserve to eat left over chicken from your oven, they need fresh fried chicken.Overall, hotpot still taste the same except the chicken.
