Ordered the House Combination Fried Rice. Fast and delicious ? Keep coming back for more. Their chow fun and sweet and sour pork are excellent. Very good service and very consistent dish quality.

Pretty good Chinese food, the chow mein was tasty and the walnut prawns were good as well.

Since first trying this place a few months ago, I have been back many times and have made my friends and family fall in love with it. Everything I've had from here is fantastic (with the exception of their egg rolls). My Chinese parents gave Yummy Express their approval, and they introduced it to my aunt who got it catered for her grandson's baby shower. I've introduced it to my friends, and now we're getting it catered for our Friendsgiving. Safe to say I love it!

i started ordering takeout from Yummy because my work place is right down the street, so I needed something quick and good! They never fail to make the food super fast, and still taste amazing! I usually love getting the honey walnut prawns, combo fried rice, salt & peppenpork chops or even chow mein, all the classic. The owners speak Vietnamese but are all super nice and friendly, I very much enjoy this place!

I also ordered the kung pao chicken with steamed rice on the side. It was good.

Honey Walnut Prawn Orders Overly expensive! My order came out to almost $50! I ordered one order of honey walnut prawns, an order of chow Mein & (2) egg rolls. The order also had maybe 10 shrimp very small portion for the price. I literally could have ordered (3) panda plates for that price. It's not fine dining neither. I'll be sticking to Panda

This food was just ok so to me not good sorry Bay Area has some bad food and I grew up here. Cannot trust reviews on so many places here in the bay. I purchased orange chicken eggplant tofu, curry vermicelli and sweet and sour pork.

Language barrier makes it hard to tailor my order. Orange chicken....emmmhgh. Was not impressed. Won ton soup tasted like Bleach. Didn't say anything to my daughter, who also had WT soup. Her nose is stuffed up and she wouldn't have been able to accurately taste the food and I didn't want a false opinion verifying that it tasted like Bleach. Maybe it WAS just me. Regardless, I won't be back, especially at those prices. Portion was large, but more of something that didn't taste right didn't make it right just based on large portion. More of something not tasting right is still, something that didn't taste right.

One of the few remaining Cantonese style places left. Definitely go here ? . Tomato beef / chicken chow mein. Vegetable delight, ma po tofu. Etc... its good ole Chinese food for sure. ??some substitutions can be asked for which is a bonus, (like no salt.)Dietary restrictions: You can ask gor No salt / or chicken instead of beef, / less oil. They can try to accomodate you. ?

Pretty good stuff. Usually get broccoli beef, beef chow fun, peking spare ribs. Tasty treats!

Yummy Express is a hole-in-the-wall Chinese fast food spot located right off the intersection of McKee and White. It's sort of tucked in the back near Bank of the West so have faith in your GPS. Anyway, it's not a fancy restaurant -- in fact, they have not restored indoor dining as of yet (July 2022). The menu is a bit complex because there are tons of options ranging from chicken to beef to vegetables and tofu. What I also appreciate is that these guys offer party trays and since it's summer -- it's good to know what all of our nearby options are. If I do order party trays from here for any future event, I'll probably start off lightly so I know how they get down for large orders. During my most recent visit, I ordered the Mongolian Beef with fried rice -- every entree comes with one egg roll. I thought it was interesting that they don't do 2 or 3 items per plate but rather just one item per order. The portions are huge but still -- it's not like a Panda Express or Mr. Chau's in which each order could come with multiple items. Either way, food is good. Service is standard but most importantly -- any purchase made here is supporting a local small business in our very own East San Jose!
