I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zoom Cafe located in the heart of Stanford, San Jose. As someone who appreciates a good sandwich, I was quite keen to try their much-raved about Turkey Chipotle Hot Sandwich. And let me tell you, it certainly did not disappoint! The sandwich was priced reasonably at $8.99, a pleasant surprise in a region often notorious for its steep prices. The Turkey Chipotle Hot Sandwich was a delightful combination of freshly carved turkey, nestled between slices of perfectly toasted bread. The chipotle sauce added just the right amount of heat to keep my taste buds intrigued, without overwhelming the palate. It was a delightful treat that exemplified the harmonious balance of flavors that one always hopes to encounter in a well-prepared sandwich. The ambiance of Zoom Cafe adds greatly to the overall dining experience. It's a perfect blend of relaxed and contemporary, creating a comfortable and warm environment that feels welcoming to a wide range of patrons. The service was commendable, with the staff being courteous and attentive throughout my visit. Their proficiency and promptness added a positive note to the overall experience.Despite the many positives, there's always room for improvement. While the sandwich was indeed delicious, I felt it could have used a little more creativity in terms of ingredients. Perhaps some exotic cheeses or interesting veggie crunch could take their sandwiches to the next level. The drink selection, although decent, could use a bit of expansion as well.In conclusion, Zoom Cafe offers a satisfying dining experience with its reasonably priced menu, relaxed ambiance, and diligent service. It is a place I would not hesitate to return to or to recommend to fellow food enthusiasts. It easily earns a solid 4 out of 5 stars. If you're in the Stanford, San Jose area and looking for a satisfying sandwich and a pleasant dining experience, do give Zoom Cafe a visit. You won't be disappointed!

These little.......witches, especially Veronica need to be retrained in how to deal with human beings. Both these poor excuses for employees need classes in food hygiene and customer service. They are both very aloof, surly, rude and immature. Not a good representation of Stanford Hospital at the Hoover Pavilion location. Shame on you Zoom cafe, shame on you Stanford hospital for tolerating this behavior.

Great place with coffee located on the first floor of the Stanford Health Care facility. Also have breakfast and lunch items. Excellent service. It is as good as the location outside of the Stanford campus, which is adjacent to the hospital. The reason for the four stars is that they don't list their hours. Have to look for it here on Yelp.

Delightfully delicious. The most chocolately croissant I've ever experienced. The breakfast burrito is freshly made!

I love this place for lunch. I had chicken salad with apples raisins black pepper mayo on a bed of romaine lettuce cherry tomatoes with red wine vinaigrette. It was filling and delicious. Can't wait to have another one. Please make this again!
