When they say you can order a cake with 48 hours notice that is a blatant lie . It is actually 3-4 days .

I bought a cake for my daughter here and it was easily the best cake I have ever had. It made my daughter very happy and I will come back again. English is not my first language so I had a hard time communicating but the staff was very kind and understandable.

One of the best ice-cream shops out there! Great place and costumer service, the staff was really nice and kind. Totally recommend 10/10.

I'm a BR fan and I completely fell in love with this store. Great ice cream, nice and hard working staff, affordable prices, and new flavours every month!

This store, like all others, is not allowing in-store dining as of now. Luckily, ice cream is just as good to-go! This particular store is a bit bigger than the average BR in the area. All the flavors seemed to be there; no empty spots, and all the cakes were well-stocked also. The store was clean too! The only negative was the poor kid who was there seemed to be working alone. Maybe his colleague was out on break, or maybe someone called in sick today. Regardless, probably was tough supporting everything solo. Still, was a good experience and he managed to get everything right in a timely fashion. Glad to see them open and busy!

Is been couple time I be there’s and that guy been in he’s 16/18 years he is been really rude . He is not using gloves or mask . He is touching he’s face and hair. I ask him to wear gloves and he got mad ...

When it comes to cakes for special occasions I don't get what I asked for. Last year I wanted a white polk a dot cake with coffee ice cream on it for both my anniversary and (yes even my birthday cake. Because both days fall on the same day.. whatever..) The girl said the designer of the cakes didn't do that. So I had to go to another location. They at least did what I asked. And months after I requested the Polk a dots from this location. I found that they did Polk a dots!!! On my way home tonight I wanted to customize an ice cake order for my boyfriend who is a fan of both the rams and chargers. Thinking maybe this time it would be different and they would get creative. That I would be able to get a cake for his birthday for his special teams. The guy who took my cake order was nice and took my order, however hours later I get a call from him saying his manager said they cancelled my order! Seriously!!!? Instead of giving me solutions they turned down my request and cancelled my order. I know it's over the top order I get it. But COME ON!!! It's a birthday! With celebrating TWO of his favorite teams! So now I have to find another place to at least make my boyfriends birthday feel special. Yeah I know it was a big order. But at least get creative. Put the horns and the rams face that at least looks like a rams (the best you can) on the cake. And put a lightning bolt on the cake. How about something that simple? Or maybe suggest I do a little bit of a bigger cake instead of cancelling my request. I'm never going there again. I'm not impressed by their lack of customer service skills to make a cake look good for any occasion. I work with customers on a day to day basis. Even I do my best to give them what they ask for and even try to coordinate things to help them out. This place is most certainly lacking on customer service skills! And most certainly not friendly enough! How about work with the customers! Give them ideas! Maybe give them suggestions. Do not just reject them because at a time like this where this place is just rejecting someone's birthday, they aren't full on helpful! Sure people can buy the premade cakes and ice cream. Great! But what about making someone's day special? I already told my boyfriend I went to this place even he's not happy with the lousy customer service and rejection and not even suggesting what to even order for a good cake! So thank you manager for cancelling his birthday cake and making my day longer for having to look for another place! I really hope the place I go to can at least give me far better customer service than you did, even if it's by giving me certain suggestions! Again this is a second time I have been to you guys! First time I wanted the Polk a dot cakes (which I've seen at your store), the employees had no idea what I was talking about. Until I went to the other store in Dana Point and even they had it! It wasn't until MONTHS later I saw those same Polk a dot dots at your store. I said to my boyfriend “Hey! I tried ordering the Polk a dot cake for our anniversary and my birthday but they didn't have it.” I was surprised and very confused! Secondly this cake! You people seriously can't look online and look up ideas for the RAMS and Chargers, even call me and talk to me about other suggestions? Seriously? He's not too happy and you cancelled HIS birthday cake! I know it's a bit “over the top” cake, but that's where “coming creative” comes along! Seriously your cakes at your store ARE SO BASIC! I'm going to talk to people and see if they can do a better job at better customer service than you EVER would!

As always fantastic ice cream. The server was not friendly and seemed annoyed that we interrupted her study time. Needs a lesson on how to friendly rather than bored. She was someone who didn't want to be there.
