Bloom Restaurant + Bar

My husband and I visited Bloom for our 14 year anniversary and were blown away by the service and the food. It is clear that the owners of this restaurant have a high standard for service and we felt as though we were regulars rather than first timers, being treated like family but with the utmost respect. Every person we interacted with knew it was our anniversary and wished us well. We were given a free appetizer, free desert and two glasses of champagne.

On top of all this, the food was amazing. My husband and I love high quality menus like this. We enjoyed the stuffed zucchini flowers, Pork belly and Pumpkin gnocchi, the sea bass entree and a special lamb chop entree..... incredible.

I can't wait to return and try more on this menu. A special thanks for making our evening extra special.

All of the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was great. We just did appetizers, but they were all very tasty. The zucchini flowers were my favorite!

If I could give more stars for service, I would. We took a team there as a volunteer thank you dinner. Everyone's food was amazing, the evening was perfect, and the ambience was perfect. The weather was wonderful that evening and there were open air windows giving it a delightful open air feeling.

I wound up forgetting my receipt that I needed for reimbursement and contacted bloom a week later. The owner personally responded and they were able to send me a copy of the receipt and save me a lot of headache for my own mistake. So while the food and restaurant were great, the service is exemplary and we are looking forward to bringing our next group of people here soon!

First time at Bloom. Loved it. Food was excellent, prices are reasonable. Love the drinks. Highly recommend but make a reservation as it's busy.

Had some apps and drinks at the bar. The brussel sprouts and house made mixed drinks were great, but limited beer selection and no draft.

We are long time fans of Ironwood. Decided to try Bloom for brunch and it did not disappoint. We’ll be back for the pork belly Benedict.

I moved to San Juan Capistrano 4 years ago from NYC/Manhattan. The quality of many quality NYC restaurants is truly reflected at Bloom (food, atmosphere, and service). I highly recommend you experience the same for yourself.

Always a top-notch experience. The service is good and the food is delicious and it's awesome to look out the window at the Mission San Juan Capistrano all lit up at night.

ordered sea bass and it came with a hair. Told Josh and he said they would get me another. New plate arrived and it was the same fish (I marked the under side so I would know) Sea bass is expensive and they didn't want to trash the fish so I got a new plate and new sides but the same hairy fish. I will never visit them again.

We met at 1:30 in the afternoon, beautiful day with a little wind and the restaurant was wide open for the breezes. We all had the Bloom Breakfast, which was great. Coffee refills were a little slow, but otherwise a wonderful time.

All the food was great wish they offered more gluten-free options, but our waitress was very helpful and helping to steer one of us towards gluten-free menu options. Service was very very good, our waitress was extremely attentive and very helpful, not overwhelming. Definitely will be back.

We have dined with friends here on a number of occasions, so this was our first time alone. We were celebrating our anniversary. Everything was excellent as usual, then, they brought us complimentary sparkling wine and a dessert that made the occasion even more special!

We went there with some friends. Our server,Brianna, was outstanding. She offered many suggestions on food and wine. Everything were ordered was exceptional. My friend and I shared the meatloaf and it was delicious. We had three different appetizers and all were very good. I highly recommend stopping by.

Met a friend for a mid-week dinner at Bloom. As usual, the service was exceptional. Chelsea was warm, knowledgeable, and just as attentive as could be. Our meal was over the top good, sharing stuffed zucchini blossoms, a wedge salad, and the short rib special. I have yet to have anything but wonderful experiences at Bloom!
