Carl Karcher would love the crappy AI drive thru and having them pull us around the drive thru when the restaurant wasn’t even busy. California employer rules and Carl’s management are ruining the restaurant.

Valeria arrogantly told customers that they were ahead because they were ordering so much just to bring them inconvenience they came and they paid and left 2 other people who were waiting really embarrassing food at 100 attention 10 because she took the order

I have been waiting to eat these amazing hamburgers for a year, I am a foreigner and it felt horrible to hear Mrs. Valeria, who billed us, say that only one goes to give work, it felt so ugly that 2 customers at the end of the line left, I was left eating my order in the place, with a pain in my chest and wanting to cry, they are delicious burgers, but when they serve you reluctantly, even the food is bad for you... I hope the owner or manager can see This, and give the girl some training, or if she is bored with working, give the space to someone else who even wants to. I thank Octavio who served me with a big smile and enthusiasm, when he brought my order to my table, thanks to that I stayed in the place... Thank you Octavio!! Delicious burgers!! Mr. owner or manager, make Carl' JR happy again. I had another concept... The lady was not even identified, I know her name from the bill, I hope you take note... I want to come back and feel happiness, not that I'm going to get in the way or it will be work. Thank you!!🥹 Not even in my house do they treat me so badly😭

Thought I’d try Carls Jr. for the very first time for breakfast. Ended up driving away after I ordered because I simply couldn’t believe that they don’t have iced coffee. Is it 1982 somewhere in Kentucky? What an absolute joke that you don’t serve a single iced coffee of any kind. I don’t know anybody who serves breakfast and doesn’t have any iced coffee. The CEO of Carl’s Jr. should be dragged out in the parking lot and handed his final paycheck. If you’re wondering why business is slow it’s because dumb decisions are made like this. What’s next you just don’t serve hamburgers anymore? No wonder McDonald’s right next-door is always packed.

I've been eating at Carl's Jr for many years and for a fast food restaurant, their burgers and fries and onion rings are by far the best plus there are several different choices unlike In-And-Out and their burgers are 10 times better than McDonalds!!!
