They obviously could care less whether they get your order right or how long it takes. This is not fast food it's order and wait out front. I just went through the drive thru in San Juan and finished my meal. I ordered the western bacon cheeseburger combo. The whole burger was so fresh and moist. I have never had a better burger at Carls in about 20 years. It reminded me of how they used to taste when people cared about their jobs and what they served people. The man at the drive thru was great and you could tell he took pride in his job. Whatever the change is today, you rocked it. The next time I’m going to try the normally rubbery chicken sandwich and will keep you posted.
