I pay extra to have an Angus burger # 7 original with bacon. I pull right up to the window and 30 sec. later here you go. Well, the toppings and bacon with fresh the burger salty arrearage burger they had pre cooked , not what I payed for, It was gross and I won't be returning. Hey Kids working there , we are not half as stupid as you think. Have pride in your work its what people see and think about you,! Stay home if thats the best you plan on doing !

of all the times ive ordered chicken tenders here ive only gotten good quality ones ONCE & all the other times they're really dry & have barely any meat on them. also they didn't give me one of the fries for one of the 3 combos i got & they didn't give me honey mustard sauce which i asked for, they gave me some giant franks red hot buffalo sauce?

This has to be the worst Carl's J.r ever! The customer service is horrible! Evening crew incompetent and unable to take orders and cook must be overwhelmed or tired.. fries are soggy, soda is flat' meat is under cooked.. I can't believe I'm actually writing all this for one place! I'm not an angry or disgruntled customer but shocked and surprised how a well known establishment can be so heavily unorganized, unprofessional without any supervision or management.. I even called to speak with a supervisor and Ashley said that Gabby (sup) was not available.. I cannot believe how this location isn't under review or even closed. I can't speak for the day or morning crew but I can only imagine.. someone please help this location.

Great experience. My son and I were going to grab burgers from another restaurant in the area, but the line was crazy long. The drive thru was quick, they were super friendly, and our order was correct. My son commented about how friendly they were and asked if we could tip.

Quality of food was typical for Carl's Jr. - Covid and Xmas day made this place extra crowded...the line was long that day...and we were stuck in the line for about 20 mins, before we were able to give our order.
CARL KARCHER IS TURNING IN HIS GRAVE. This location...Greasy, disgusting, no pride. EVERY TIME I go here (for conveniencei) it gets worse. No more.... not ever Last time, so much grease leaked through the bag it got all over my new cars' upholstery. Absolutely ZERO quality control at this location

Theee worst cals jr location I have ever been to in my entire life . They take a million years In the drive through and the food tastes old and crusty. If you don't want to spent your entire day in the drive through then stay away from this location . The fries are also stale and the meat tasted old

Been to this location a few times and every time it seems the buns are hard and stale. Dunno why I came back today, big burger hard bun, barley any sauce, pickles or onion. Fired zucchini was super overly greasy. Soda was flat and too much ice.
