My wife forcibly got me the spicy sandwich combo. Cross cut fries were good but seamed like they could go in a little longer in the fryer. Sandwich went well as any chick fil a sandwich could go. Good fry, great cook, and wasn't dry. Overall great experience.

Reason one since when is there no military discount. Or maybe it's just a thing in Texas. I asked for extra sauce I got one I asked to make sure and was told I got extra. $15.00 meal. Step up your game Chick-fil-A used to be my go to used to be a $10 meal also covid hurt yall this bad.

I had a great experience at this location. Nick, the director of operations, is super nice, and the owner, Chris, is awesome! It's a beautiful location just across the street from the famous Mission of San Juan Capistrano. You've got to check out the Los Rios District; you might even see the sheriffs on horseback riding around town. The food was great, as always. ?

Food was great as always. Disappointed there is only a walk up for carry out so I did drive thru as it was raining and the walk up isn’t covered. Restrooms are around the corner of the building. The person who took my order at the drive through didn’t greet me just stood there with a menu on his tablet, I guess for me to read? Using a gift card was not easy and took the person a while to figure out. Just not a smooth experience at all.

If I could go 0 stars I will. They say open at 630am and I was here waiting until 645am before work as this is the closest location to get food.. The problem is they were NOT open , had all the lights on, and the drive thru was blocked off as well. Some loser seen me get out my car walk up , then shut off all the lights on me and didn’t have courtesy to tell me they were not open. No signs posted or anything stated why they are not open ! This is frustrating as I’m very hungry before work and now I have to wait until lunch 5 hours from 7.
Received EXCEPTIONAL service from John in the drive thru this morning! The man deserves a big pat on the back from his managers for going above and beyond.

I love this place. Today I took my grandchildren to swim class, then shopping, then to Chick-Fil-A in San Juan Capistrano. After I placed my order ( in the drive-through) I realized I didn't have my wallet. I felt so bad! And the children were really disappointed. I went through the line any way - to get out of the parking lot. When I started to pull away, a sweet lady came running out of the store. I told her I didn't stop because I didn't have an order to pick up. She said she owns that store and was giving us our order!!! I was shocked. She was so very sweet and asked me to pull over for a minute. One of the staff (a very nice young lady) came out with my order. I am just so thrilled to know that there are still wonderful people out there! I'll give that store all my business!!God bless that kind lady!!
