Best gluten-free bread we have ever tasted. Pierre and his team clearly spend the time to make sure the products are high quality. The texture and the taste is phenomenal. We used it for a work function and no-one could tell it was gluten-free. Their coffee cake is also very tasty! highly recommend.

Amazing gluten free bread! I am so happy I stayed in SJC an extra day just to get this bread from the farmers market! 10/10! I am so picky with gluten free breads, as they are usually lacking, but this made me feel like I was not missing a thing!

I recently found them at the farmers market in SJC, farmakis. Their bread is SO good! I love being able to find yummy gf sourdough. I had the yummy orange one and olive ones the first time, which were both amazing. I also got the Madeline's, which were delicious. The second time i tried the plain and baguettes and all were superb. I'll definitely be stocking up here, for all my weekly carbs needs.

The best GF bakery fresh bread I have ever encountered in over 25 years eating gluten free products. The flavor and crumb are superb and the crust is exactly that - wonderfully crusty and chewy! Incredibly friendly, courteous service and such a pleasure to do business with!

Deux Pates, gluten free breads are amazing. My favorites so far are the French Baguette and Orange Cranberry Boule. If you live local, the next day pick up is so easy and convenient.

If you are looking for gluten free bread and more, Deux Pates breads and Madeline cookies are the most delicious breads I've ever tasted. I also recommend spreading Miyokos plant butter on a toasted slice of their bread, amazing taste!

Really really surprised with my order... I took a gamble ordering because to be honest most gluten free products are lacking. I've been gluten free for almost 20 years now and I've just avoided most processed carbs. I really wanted to enjoy a nice breakfast last week...some veggies, nice soft fried egg, and bread. Never really eat bread anymore but I just missed it. I had a nice cup of coffee with my meal and felt this satisfaction I didn't think I'd miss. Thanks and keep doing whatever it is your doing. That baguette and bole are indistinguishable from real bread and that is coming from my wife who isn't gluten free.

I have been in communication with one of the owners, Pierre, today and as someone who doesn’t leave reviews very often I couldn’t help myself but say something. I have been looking for a gluten free bakery since moving to California and I found Deux Pates this morning while I was researching and I tried to order but unfortunately my address was undeliverable since I live on a military base. I called the number on Deux Pates’ website to ask if I could pick up my order since I was so excited to try their products and Pierre answered and informed me he would personally be able to deliver my order. Now I haven’t tried their bread yet but the customer service alone deserves 10 stars in my opinion, and it is so wonderful to meet people who obviously care about people being able to experience their bakes. I wish I could give Deux Pates more than 5 stars they are wonderful kind people!!

We found the taste and texture of French bread, perfect with cheese.
The madeleines are light and not to sweet.
The plain brioche is melting and delicious with strawberry jam.
It is nice to buy those products at San Juan Capistrano on Friday morning.
