This is hands down the best gluten-free bread I’ve ever had. It’s as close to traditional bread you will ever find. Unfortunately I don’t live close to her locations but it’s absolutely worth the drive! Highly recommend!!!
Best gluten-free bread we have ever tasted. Pierre and his team clearly spend the time to make sure the products are high quality. The texture and the taste is phenomenal. We used it for a work function and no-one could tell it was gluten-free. Their coffee cake is also very tasty! highly recommend.
Amazing gluten free bread! I am so happy I stayed in SJC an extra day just to get this bread from the farmers market! 10/10! I am so picky with gluten free breads, as they are usually lacking, but this made me feel like I was not missing a thing!
