I just tried to place a pizza order I had to repeat my address 3 timesSo then I said that I would pick it up. She wanted me to give her my credit card over the phone because my order was over $5. I just saidNever mind. Done

There is no knowledge of customer service by the manager(a young lady) who did not want it to provide her name. She could easily fix my order and she decided to charge me again for the same order even though I did not even take the first order. Everyone of the workers seems afraid of her. I know understand why they are very low on reviews. Pick another location if you can( I think la plaza is the closer one to this one or San Clemente on Camino real)

Ordered a pizza and the delivery guy forced me to give him a tip before giving me my pizza and I had put contactless delivery but he still rang the doorbell rudely and knocked and made all my dogs bark and then when I answered my door he pushed me to give him a tip before handing me my pizza. Each time I reached to get my pizza he shoved it back and said You can leave my tip here! So rude because last time I checked tips were earned and aren’t mandatory.

I ordered 100$ worth of food, and the pizza was missing items that were worth about 10$ . I called and spoke to the manager about a refund for those 10$ and he was useless. My card wasnt even approved yet and he didnt want to do anything to help me, besides offer me 10$ in credit for the next purchase. Like ide want to order at the same place that couldnt even get a simple order correct. Probably my fault for ordering so much , but not the point. F*** dominos .

Had an issue with our order (#1399 from store #8459). Our pasta wasn't made quite right. Called the store, got a GREAT customer service from John. He was polite & a pleasure to deal with. Dominos mgmt, if you're reading this, this employee is a keeper. Thank you, John.

Ok guys last chance to get it right. Last couple of orders have been wrong or just not very good. Last delivery I got no jalapenos and a soggy pizza. Tipped dude $9. Replacement had maybe 5 jalapenos total. I know you are better than that!
