Nice spot overall with a comfortable vibe. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, which is a plus, and the coffee was definitely good. They open early at 6am in the morning.
Food-wise, it was a mixed experience. The breakfast croissant wasn’t my favorite — it felt a bit too dry and not as soft or flaky as I expected. The San Juan burrito also wasn’t really my thing; the flavors felt a little off to me. The short ribs were better than the other dishes, though still just okay overall.
Not a bad place to relax and have coffee, but the food was a bit hit or miss for me.

The food is always really great but the service is not great. Takes forever to be greeted, get drinks, order your food, and then get your food. So do I recommend the food yes, but only go if you have plenty of time to wait and don't mind a very loud environment.
Celebrated my birthday here last year and decided to do it again this year everything is amazing and wonderful. The staff couldn't be more knowledgeable and friendly, but you'll keep coming back for the food and the ambience is wonderful. Love this place
The Mission Inn offered excellent service and a delicious breakfast. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was fresh and flavorful. A perfect start to the day!

I really don’t know where to begin. We ordered the breakfast two eggs, scrambled two sausages, a piece of bacon, fried potatoes, and an English muffin. Absolutely shocked the fried potatoes will not even done and they were freezer burn they tasted terrible. You could actually taste their freezer burnt. They gave me two things of butter froze salad from my English muffin that was not even toasted all the way. I asked him for some soft butter. They said they didn’t have none. They didn’t even offer to make the butter softer. She just looked at me and walked off.. The bacon was very thin and flimsy the sauce taste the freezer burnt. Also, we ate one of the sausages one of the English muffins with no butter no jelly from a café being in the mission the service and the food we got was microwave freezer burnt and we ended up spending $40 there. I could go to Denny’s for half of that and have an excellent breakfast. I would not eat here. This is not some bad review. It’s just advising you not to eat at this place. The service was very rude. The breakfast was completely microwave freezer burnt for 20 bucks. I would stay clear of this place.

Friendly front office receptionist & attentive valet parking attendants. This hotel is beautiful!
The food isn't that great at all. I had one of the worst chilaquiles here. It's essentially chips, with salava Verde, cheese and crema fresca (maybe even sour cream).

For being so close to the mission, the prices were pretty good. I got the tuna sandwich and it tasted good, but nothing spectacular.

Enjoyed midday lunch at Ysidora, a lightly seared tuna sandwich layered with roasted red and yellow peppers, paired with a citrus-kissed salad. A quiet moment of flavour before heading to the beach.
Overall the food was good but the paid valet parking is ridiculous. It's $15 with validation from the restaurant, plus tip. No self parking is available. As far as the food, the sea bass and birria short ribs were very tasty. However, the sea bass only came with corn and black bean garnish -- nothing else on the side. It was extra to add a side of rice. Desserts were also good. We had the apple churros and dulce de leche gelato. Overall the parking situation left a bad taste in our mouths. I don't think we'll be dining here again.

I absolutely love the ambiance of the restaurant, and the food is amazing, unique and delicious. It's always a special night for me when we come here.
Service is excellent. Always ready to satisfy. The bar are and cocktails are amazing. Hotel is boutique and quaint , love location! Food is good but needs more Spanish delicious choices .
Six of us went for Mother's Day brunch. Dining on a holiday always means that things will be slower and a little bit bumpy. However, this experience was by far the worst that any of us had ever had had a holiday brunch. Our reservations were for 1 pm but we were not served until 3 PM. And that was only because we asked a server (not even our own) if our food was coming soon. Our server came to ask about the order and it was clear that she finally put in our ticket after our reminder. If we hadn't asked about it, we might still be sitting there. When the food finally did come, 50% of the orders were incorrect. Additionally, we were not served a complete meal, which included a dessert. We asked for our check but were not offered validation for a discounted parking fee, part of the offer. Every person at that table dines out regularly at all kinds of restaurants. None of us will be back. Would not recommend.
We reserved a table for Mother's Day brunch for four. We were seated right away; however, the service was extremely slow. We had to wait over 30 min for coffee (at brunch? huh?) and a little over an hour for our entrees. That was aggravated by being seated outside with an umbrella that provided shade for two of the four of us. We were there so long that I have a significant sunburn. I'm sure I didn't reserve unshaded outdoor seating because my mom is 83. Food was good but nothing special. It was hot when it came. Nice live music. They gave us a 20% credit for slow service, but they added an automatic 20% tip that they didn't deserve. Overall pretty disappointing.
Ok, please stop closing down the patio. Your dining room sucks. You need to turn off the lights in there and just have it be candle lit. When I asked your busboy for an extra plate he pointed to the bread plate and said to use that. Your host is a clueless high school kid. Step it up please. This is coming from a local.
