So everything was good. Workers we're nice. Didn't have to wait for the food very long at all. But only one thing that I have to put out there... the new Caramel Flan dessert, absolutely disgusting. I highly suggest getting the churos instead.

My burrito was carelessly prepared. It was delicious but I had to eat it with a fork because they literally didn’t even wrap it. Such bogus. Won’t be coming back.

I moved a few weeks ago. I had three movers who were planning to skip lunch. I wasn't having it. So I drove to the nearby Pollo Loco and brought back a chicken feast with lots of sides. They enjoyed it and were very appreciative. A vegetarian myself, I had some delicious rice, beans, and guacamole. Hit the spot. For an easy, tasty meal, I've always found Pollo Loco to be a crowd pleaser.

This alpollo loco has been here for as long as I can remember. 20 years plus that's a testament to how long it's been there. It is what it is. They have what you expect. And they deliver. Can be busy at times. Weights can be long.
