This alpollo loco has been here for as long as I can remember. 20 years plus that's a testament to how long it's been there. It is what it is. They have what you expect. And they deliver. Can be busy at times. Weights can be long.

El Poll Loco makes a better chix tortilla soup than most major restaurants!!!Their carnitas tacos also a big step above flavorwise than any drive thru.Their round chix quesadillas a great tasty snack!!

First time back in months. Stopped going because something wrong on every order. I order thru the app. Today I ordered new Shredded Chicken Cheese Bowl. It does not come with sour cream or cabbage, but they put it in there. Looked disgusting. I asked them to fix and the lady in the kitchen actually argued to everyone that's how it comes. They made a new one still had the cabbage in the melted cheese and bean liquiid. So gross I didn't eat it. It's how this location goes. They blame you for the order being wrong. No mas.

By far the most gross thing....pink chicken ? when showed the cashier the cook came over and tried to tell us that's the correct color..... I've been cooking for over 12yrs on 2 different restaurants and yet never heard of pink chicken being a thing....you can get a light brown coloration close to the bone marrow when boiled but never on grilled chicken.
