El zarandeado sea food

The food here is the best I've had anywhere in Southern California. Chef Gaspar always makes you feel like family when you are there and ensures you are happy with everything. You can really see the pride and love that goes into this restaurant and the food. Thank you! I have officially been ruined and can no longer go anywhere else for my seafood or tacos lol..... and I wouldn't have it any other way! Lifelong customer ❤️

Delicious and fresh Mexican seafood. Best seafood enchiladas I’ve had so far. Great fruit-varied margaritas too

I can’t tell you how much I enjoyed the food here. You’ll just have to try it to believe it. The stuffed poblano sent me into another dimension, it was that good. The Branzino was about as perfect as a branzino could be. The Cajun lobster dish had my dad giddy, it was that good. Ceviche was as good as it gets. 10 out of five stars.

Absolute hidden jem of OC. Hands down the best mariscos spot in south OC. Super authentic and the flavors are incredible. The service is amazing and the whole vibe of the place is just perfect! Thank you for existing!

The aguachile cóctel camarón and pulpo was everything!!!! And have a guava margarita you will be in heaven!! Totally worth the hour drive.

We felt like we were taking a gamble, but the restaurant had good reviews and we were so happy we did! We had absolutely incredible food - amazing seafood! Everything was so fresh and delicious!! Would 10/10 recommend and we would definitely return when visiting the area again!!

Honestly, I rarely write reviews but I just paid almost $100 dollars for food that, in my opinion, was inedible.

The guacamole was very salty & was put on every dish. The fish in the ceviche was hard. If it was cooked, I would think it was over cooked but it must have just been old or over salted. My husband had the carne asada tacos, there were pieces of the meat that he refused to eat.

Had to continually ask the waitress for refills of chips and salsa. The chips were actually quite good. Bean, cheese & rice burrito was fine. Charged me extra for the rice which added insult to injury.

Would never eat here again.

The main reason I came to this restaurant is because they are the closest location to me that has pulque (which was exceptional) and the service was incredibly kind! As for the for food, it was a touch on the bland side. Shout out to the tortillas though, they were fantastic.
