So 👏🏼 good 👏🏼 I'm still thinking about the menu and will be going back for more! The menu has a large variety of options and I love all the shareable items. The wine selection is superb and fairly priced. The staff were kind, professional, and helpful. The vibes and atmosphere were great!

They have an amazing base menu and always rotating for seasonal items. It’s always fun to see the new hot items. Today they had coconut shrimp and avocado chimichurri steak with roasted corn. Absolutely delicious and great combo to share. The wine list is also rotating bringing new flavors and of course the frosé that actually taste like wine (not sweet at all)

We recently chose this hidden gem for a book club. Their cozy and comfortable private room truly looked like a homey living room. The food was phenomenal. We tried almost all of their pizzas and they were all lick your plate level delicious. The winners were pear and smoked prosciutto and meat lovers (MUST TRY). Also tried coconut shrimp and Thai salad and they were both beyond yummy. Cannot wait to go back!

A classy and cozy setting with an abundance of tastings followed by a fun selection of some notable varietals. A nice range of dishes to complement our evening appetite. Includes a large sofa area and patio for casual gatherings. Memorable! Next visit soonest!!

Loved the place, staff were super friendly, and made us feel at home!
The food was amazing, from beer battered fish to Salad and meat lovers flat bread, one better than another.
The live music (guitar playing) was giving perfectly a smooth atmosphere to the package, so cool and chill.
Opened two bottles of red cabernet wine which was also amazing.
Price was reasonably approachable.

We had an amazing experience at Five Vines for my first meetup event! The staff was super helpful from the time I scheduled it through the day of the event! Andy and Dana were very attentive while I was scheduling and they made sure to answer all my questions and were very helpful and flexible with my specific requests. On the day of the event, Andy made sure the room we reserved was comfortable for everyone. The servers were very attentive, the live music, ambiance, wine and food was perfect. All my guests had a wonderful time and expressed their appreciation for this wonderful venue. I’d like to thank the staff of Five Vines for letting us host our event and their part to help make our first event a memorable one!

Service was bad not because they were not attentive they wanted you out the minute they thought you finished eating I never felt this unwelcome in a restaurant than I did here and Allison the waiter made my husband and I made feel, would I go back maybe but when she's not around and the guy at bar who was supporting her attitude and describing it as being attentive

Such a charming wine bar! We loved the atmosphere and the service was amazingly fast and friendly. Great wine selections and drink varieties. For our work happy hour, we sat at one of the longer tables and it was a perfectly delicious experience. We ordered:

Steps away from the train platform with beautiful ambience inside. Surprisingly loaded menu with perfect pairings for drinking wine. Pricey but not overly so, you get what you pay for: good quality. Apparently they've won a great big trophy for best in SJC, proudly on display and well earned. We tried the rosè flight, with other wines and nibbles. GET THE FROSÈ
