FKN Bread

The best around, the bread is so fresh with a crunchy crust.

I just found out that FKN Bread has sourdough croissants and I'm in Heaven! I got the almond croissant and it was so delicious. So flaky and buttery and perfect. I'll definitely be going back here to try their sourdough cinnamon roll. If you love sourdough and live anywhere within driving distance of FKN, be sure to go! But make sure you check the hours bc they are closed on Mon and only open til 4 Tue-Sun

TOP QUALITY BREAD ! We decided to make a special trip to San Juan Capistrano on Saturday specifically to check out this artisan bakery. It's been 15 years since we been in this touristy town...it sure looked busy. No street parking available so we parked in a public parking lot not too far from this shop....$2 an hour. It's a tiny shop.....obviously the bulk of it is a bakery. We saw a baker's rack behind the counter filled with a selection of artisan breads. A cashier named Sonora was helpful to my wife who picked out a Classic Sourdough for $12. They make lunch sandwiches too but we had other plans for lunch. Oh and the classic sourdough tasted very delicious with breakfast the next morning. WE'LL BE BACK !

My favorite bread bakery in South OC. They make a great sourdough and it comes in a few different flavors. Their croissants and other pastries are pretty good. The star of the show is the honey biscuit. It is to die for and they sell it to heritage bbq as well. It's only available on certain days of the weekend.

Pleasantly surprised that most products are made from a sourdough starter. The person helping us was lovely. We tried every sour dough croissant and each one was an amazing experience. Run don’t walk to get to this heavenly bakery.
