Pleasantly surprised that most products are made from a sourdough starter. The person helping us was lovely. We tried every sour dough croissant and each one was an amazing experience. Run don’t walk to get to this heavenly bakery.
I tried the classic sourdough from here and it was pretty fire. They couldn’t slice it for me since it was too fresh out of the oven so I did it myself at home. Didn’t come out perfectly, but i could still cut through the best I could. I would come back and want to try the jalapeño cheese!
From the soft opening years ago to this Saturday morning FKN Bakery has the best bakery products in Southern California. If you haven’t tried their bread, cookies or muffins you have missed a gourmet delight.
