Fast service and the employees are extremely pleasant! They don't skimp on the protein and everything was delicious. We will definitely come back!

Been coming here for months now, as someone with a busy work schedule this is the perfect place to come grab a couple of bowls for your day. I'm able to finish my workout and head over here and be out within a couple of minutes. The bowls are measured and weight for the perfect amount of MACROs, which is the first Flame Broiler I've seen do this which is awesome! All the employees are always so helpful and welcoming, as soon as you walk in, you are greeted and overall a great experience. I appreciate that even when I order through door-dash, you still get good portions on your bowls unlike other food places who seem not to care when preparing your door-dash order. It's also great to see a local business support our community by supporting a local high school boys soccer team.

If you like your food to taste like marijuana, then this is the place for you. I walked in a little after 2 with my two kids, and as soon as I stepped in the smell of weed hit me. The two guys behind the counter were arguing, using profanity, and straight up smoking right in front of me and my family. They didn't even acknowledge our existence when we walked in, they just stayed in the back doing absolutely nothing. When one of them finally did acknowledge me, he had a huge attitude and was just being so rude for no reason. What kind of management allows these things to slide?! I had to make an account just to say this because I've never seen such horrible customer service in my life. I'm not coming back here any time soon!

They use to have to push the lid down because they gave a decent amount of chicken. Now there's barely any meat on top. Owners are great but the younger workers barely put anything in. And you wind up only getting 2-3 nice size pieces of chicken.

Best place on EARTH!!!!! My obese sister started having a heart attack, flame broiler employee with a perm helped me revive her. Would go there 100%%

Did not appreciate this place. I've never been to a flame broiler and had a food line. The food was prepped and the greatest of this place to me was that food prepared fresh. They just scooped it out of a prepared container. I didn't appreciate it and the taste sacrificed in the process. The staff was okay but they told me 5 minutes when I called. When I walked in 10 minutes later, it wasn't ready and then he asked me what my order was. I had to go through the whole order again. The guy acted annoyed and then passed it off to another person bc he was too busy chatting up a girl. So I had to explain the order all over again. Lame.
What you expect from a flame broiler. They have protein bowls and the service was good. Service was fast and the cashier alex was very kind. Cool place to eat and chill on my lunch break.

I’ve gone recently multiple times within the last 3 weeks to order their delicious Korean spicy chicken. The food itself tastes very good. One of the servers who mainly works in the evenings and always helps me when I order is very disappointing. One time I ordered the spicy chicken and he only gave me regular chicken. Another time I ordered spicy chicken with extra chicken and he again only gave me regular chicken without any extra. He does not measure the meat at all when he’s putting it into the bowl. Again today, I ordered extra Korean spicy chicken and he again didn’t not measure and he only put spicy chicken on a little bit of the meat and then scoops more regular chicken without any sauce at all. That’s not what I paid for. I’ve never had an issue when anyone else takes my order, only him.

We hesitate coming to this location. We usually have a white meat chicken order and tofu order and the people that work there always make a big deal that it will take longer to cook. They make us feel guilty for ordering a option they offer; it shouldn't be like that when we are paying for a service just like they get paid for their work. We've gone 30 minutes before closing because sometimes we get off work late and would like a decent meal, but hesitate going to this location because of the service. We are those people that make them work a little more than they usually do and they make it known that they don't like to do the extra work with their attitude. One of the workers told us this time to next time let him know ahead of time we were ordering white meat chicken so they can get started on it ahead of time. We had just walked through the door... so do they want a phone call next time as a heads up? Very disappointed because the food here is good but we may just have to find a different place to go.

Driven and walked past this a ton of times thinking it was a burger joint, maybe with chicken sandwiches, too. Boy was I wrong! It's a bowl place. Rice or veggies or cabbage (or half and half) with diced chicken, beef, or tofu on top, plus sauces that you add, and "extras" for more money. I had the midsized with beef and rice and it was quite good, but definitely not what I was expecting.
