Nice little bar in San Juan Capistrano, with good food and customer service.
Love Hennessy’s, but I’m really sad they got rid of the quesadilla… I always looked forward to it and got it every time I came to town ):
Definitely hit up the buy one get one free burgers on Tuesday!
Nice outside area, great place for an afternoon drink or an evening out
Lea was a perfect server!
To cheap to give you an extra bag with a whole pot of water . Waitress Leah was rude and said I will have to charge you for another tea for the extra tea bag which is 3:50 $. . I’ve always had all the other restaurants in the area give extra tea bags . This place is cheap and doesn’t have good customer service .
Irish pub with pub fare. My burger was soaking, but my wifes sausage roll was done well. Her mom scarfed up the fish and chips. The brownie sundae was very fudgey. Service was good and prompt. Not bad prices.
Just not up to California standards. Food is bad. Drinks are weak. Service sucks
Good time, Saturday night vibe. Live music.

Came here after a rehearsal dinner for a wedding the following day and was treated with so much disrespect and disregard likely due to racism and discrimination. My group and I tried to get a bartenders attention on multiple occasions and were ignored for over 30 minutes. When we were served, our drinks were entirely wrong. Then when we finally decided to leave and close out our tab, we were ignored again for another half an hour. The bar was empty. Them ignoring us was more than intentional.
Don’t recommend this place at all. So many other great bars in the area that would gladly take our money and patronage.

Went for brunch on a Friday. No wait. Very friendly staff. Got a Bloody Mary (good) & Irish Coffee (ok). I ordered the Dublin Benedict, corned beef instead of Canadian bacon. It was very good. The side of potatoes were undercooked a bit.
I'm sure at night with all the live music and people this place is an entirely different story.
Parking: Parked behind the building in the paid lot walked up the stairs and then down the road a little.

First visit, I had the “special” (see photo) smash burger. Really good deal, only $6, instead of the normal price of $17.25.
Outdoor seating on the street side, was nice, friendly server did a very good job.
Irish Nachos was good, served on a hot plate.
Double patty “smash” burger was good, my only complaint was it really wasn’t a smash burger, because it didn’t have the normally tasty crispy edges.
Plate served hot, good fries with very good ranch style dip.
The best parking is a paid lot to the rear of the restaurant. But the walk to the restaurant is difficult, especially for a mobility challenged person, due to the steepness of the alleyway.
Recommended, we will be back.
