This is a good KFC. They closed the one near my house but it was pretty bad. My moms who is in a home loves KFC so im beholden to pick it up for her weekly. I know, not the healthiest choice but shes 90 and still active. Who can argue with success. Anywho, the foods always fresh/hot and ready when i arrive. I dont mind driving farther for better quality. Especially for mom. Staff is always friendly and polite too. Well done.

This KFC here in San Juan Capistrano is always good! The food is always hot and the employees are friendly! It's a matter of opinion if you think the food is better else where, but I go here specifically because of the service!

Went to Restaurant # D016004 at 32032 Camino Capistrano. Ticket # is 2307 on Feb 8 at 7:43 pm. Order total amount was $50.63. The extra crispy 12 Piece chicken served was extremely salty. This is the first time I ordered from the Store. It seems extra salt was added , way salty than it should have been. My kids and I couldn't eat it, had to throw our dinner entirely. Extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. I need my refund please. Thanks.

worker has her kids running around screaming. i was waiting for my order and she did not announce it. waited for 15 minutes before i went up and asked for it. she said oh its been ready. food is cold and so i asked for her if they could remake it. they said no sorry. crazy that she can bring unsupervised children inside the store during operating hours and then refuse to help me out wiyh my food because she wasn’t attentive. will create a consumer report and get an attorney for child endangerment

I ordered a 4 piece ALL WHITE which would be probably 2 wings and 2 breasts. The cashier asked me twice sing breast thigh and leg? I repeated 2times! Got home and there was a wing, breast, leg and thigh!!! Additionally original was not available. I was in there 3 times in a week and they had no original. Tonight I settled for crispy, I will be driving to Popeyes in the future!!
