If you've seen any of my other reviews you know customer service goes a long way with me. The woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. We got popsicles and tamales. The mango chamoy was amazing! The wife got a nance popsicle which was also really good! They have lots of flavors to choose from and the store is very clean and welcoming

Love this place and theyre yummy flavors and treats. I get the mangonada everytime with hot cheetos with lime and chamoy and omg its the best. I love the oreo paleta too, but really everything is so good !

Been here exactly three times in three weeks with my friends, we ordered exactly the same thing and the price increased by every time, It's a shitty way to do business. Seem like nice people at first but behaving like scammers. I do not recommend this place!

Who doesn't love a pop cycle or Icecream on a hot summer day? They are great anytime to be honest ;). The owner (Zalinda) is an incredible women with a spirit and smile that is so genuine. She was incredibly helpful and patient as she went over all the international and interesting items we had the pleasure of having before! I highly recommend the tequila Icecream and C

If I could give a zero I would, since I can't I'll give it a 1. First, their customer service is horrible. They were not only horrible to my husband and I, but to the 2 gentlemen in front of us. Secondly, one of the girls that worked there wasn't knowledgeable on how to make a diablito. It was watered down tamarindo and what looks like chili powder? (See attached picture) We have been to plenty of La Michoacana's and had them before but never looked anything like this. So gross. The young woman was condescending and was focused more on correcting us than helping us. Every employee can be trained to make an ice cream, smoothie, bionico etc...but not everyone has the ability to help others and have good customer service. My advice to the owner is this: hire new upbeat employees that are welcoming into your establishment and they leave a lasting impression on their customers to come back. Successful businesses are built on building rapport and having happy customers that can provide a good referral and recommendations to their friends and family.
