I recently ordered carryout from your location and arrived when the estimated time said it was ready. After paying in-store, I was told it would take a few more minutes. The cashier left and returned 8 minutes later, only to discover that my order had been sitting in the warmer the entire time.

When I got home 5 minutes later, I was disappointed to find that the pizzas weren't packaged in the standard personal pan pizza boxes. Instead, they were stacked on top of each other in a foil container with a plastic lid, which had melted onto the pizzas. The resulting damage made the pizzas inedible, with hard and sharp plastic chunks embedded in the cheese and bits of foil between the slices.

As a customer, it's understandable that you're busy with a promotion, but it's concerning that the packaging used wasn't suitable for the product, especially since families with kids often purchase these pizzas as a treat. I hope you'll consider using your standard packaging or something safer to prevent similar issues in the future.

The night time service is the worst. First of all when I called they answered in Spanish and was a little confused because I wasn't calling a Mexican restaurant why did they spoke in Spanish, so I asked if they can talk to me in English. I went in to order because I didn't understand the lady and she did not look like she wanted to be there. I just left and bought frozen pizza from the supermarket. This happend at June 18th at 9:30pm.

Receive a nice greeting and smile every time I walk into this spot. Pizza Hut pizza is the same no matter what to me but the lady behind the counter is always kind and gives me plates for me and my family. Don’t know her name but her kindness is greatly appreciated.

2 problems...I placed the order at 4pm for a 5pm scheduled pickup and the obviously cooked it too soon because the pizza was lukewarm and the crust was dry. And I ordered boneless wings with honey BBQ and they instead put buffalo on it.

Last time we went to buy a pizza there and there was a girl with glasses, I think she was the manager, we asked her a question and the very rude woman ignored us, didn't answer us and made very ugly faces at us, please take her out, it looks like she doesn't feel like work !!

It's a place where if you don't order or ask for the specials they offer, it's not cheap at all...and the manager is a woman who feels like the owner because she always serves reluctantly and it seems like she asks for a gift...it's sad because she's Latina but When Latinos become managers like her, they feel like the owners and forget that they live off their clients.

Kid-friendliness: It is only adequate for the food because I don't give them even 1 star for the service.
