Unbelievable I’ve been sitting in my car for 25 minutes now there’s only one car in front of me in line for takeout. It took 20 minutes before the speaker came on to take my order. This is ridiculous. Service sucks you need more employees or faster working employees, or shut down.

Waited 45 minutes at drive thru with only one car in line. Waited 15 minutes at the window. Guy at window was charging us for wrong order. Got out my food. Then he left. Did not come back. Our food sitting inside the counter. Had to leave because we could not get our food. Came at 6:15pm. Left at 7pm with no food. Crazzyy…..

Worst experience I have ever had. My first time trying it.. I ordered 12 sandwiches. 8 classic, 4 spicy. The order was wrong 3 TIMES, first they shorted me 2 sandwiches and denied it implying I was lying while I was standing there with the bag, then the sandwiches were labeled wrong sandwiches (plain, cheese etc)so they took them and said they were getting the right ones and then when I finally left with the sandwiches marked correctly, the sandwiches inside their wrappers were all missing the ingredients. How hard is it to put pickles. They only come with pickles and mayo, and you just leave it off? That’s the Louisiana part of the sandwich. NEVER GOING BACK. You don’t get what you order, you get what they want to serve you. 100% mismanaged.

Fast food become extremely slow food! I waited 50 minutes in a line of 3 cars at 10pm to get the food. Disaster! I never ever see any fast food business like this store. Extremely bad management. DO NOT COME here as you will be stuck in the line.
I recently visited this Popeyes location and was extremely disappointed. The food I was served was moldy, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. When I brought up the issue, the employees were condescending and dismissive, especially the supervisor, Al, who was just a terrible person to deal with. His attitude made the situation even worse, and there was no effort to address the problem or offer a solution. This experience has left me with no confidence in their food safety or customer service. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to be cautious as well

We don’t give the cup holders
Ordered $50 worth of food online with plenty of time before closing so there wasn’t an issue whatsoever. I arrived and was told that they had nothing for my order and they couldn’t refund us whatsoever. We asked if Moises could sign the receipt so we could come back and retrieve our order and made sure that was would be possible and he assured us. Next day (9/23/2024) I show up with my signed receipt and am offered no refund, no food, nothing whatsoever. But Popeyes got their money! Why can’t I get my food or a refund? I’m told to use the app and when I go to use it, it is no help at all. Extremely disappointed and will not be accepting this service. We will be expecting a refund or our order!
Update 10/2/2024: NEVER go to this Popeyes. No help with customer service and since it’s technically a week past the incident, they refuse to help. HORRIBLE service and a total waste of my $50. Will be contacting corporate.

They work very slowly, have an indifferent attitude, you have to wait 10-15 minutes to place an order, they won't care that you are standing and waiting for them at the checkout

They said they were "only doing mobile orders" at 8pm a full 3 hours before they closed. "Only doing mobile orders" seems to be code for "We can't handle the volume of customers so we are just denying service"

Who doesn't like fried chicken and biscuits. This store, is closest to me. Ever since I found it, I have been there 7 times.
Every time I've been to this particular store, "they don't have butter, just honey". No butter and biscuits? Is there a butter conspiracy going on here? Or just manager not ordering right or workers not handing them out modestly. What's going on Popeyes?

My first visit here because I hadn’t had Popeye’s in years. The TV ads sure make the chicken sound good…they had my attention there. As I had a Sunday chicken craving, yet of course Chick-Fil-A as my new go to is closed that day of the week…so I drive on over to try Popeye’s.
I think this place was understaffed due to long wait times with about 5 minutes each for the couple cars in front of me.
The food itself was edible I guess, yet disappointing. I had the #5 combo meal: 3-piece original chicken tenders, biscuit, fries and soda. The chicken couldn’t have been more flavorless, but it was still somewhat tasty some reason probably because I was hungry. The chicken still had some crunch to it, but not enough to make you forget the price or lack of flavor. It was supposed to have ranch dip, but they forgot that. Not a big deal, but dip with chicken is pretty standard, especially at these prices!!! Then the regular Coca-Cola tasted noticeably off and syrupy—that hasn’t happened in a while anywhere—but I at least liked the biscuit and the fries. However if you want truly great fast food fries, head on over to KFC for their seasoned fries.
So…would I go back again to maybe try something else? NO! I mean, maybe I’ll forget about this experience and try a chicken sandwich next time, but it’s assuredly not on my urgent to-do list after this disappointing combo meal.
Popeye’s makes me appreciate Chick-Fil-A’s chicken even more!!!
This place needs more staff and/or better service. Sorry guys. Go to the IN-N-OUT next to it and save yourself some ca$h likely as well for better food and likely faster wait times despite IN-N-OUT’s usual busy nature.

This Popeyes location is a complete disaster. Walking in, I was immediately struck by the filth—dirty floors, overflowing trash cans, and tables that hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. The staff was utterly incompetent, fumbling through orders and showing zero professionalism. After a painfully long wait, I finally received my meal, which was a complete letdown. The chicken was a dry, overcooked mess, and the sides were not only cold but tasted like they had been sitting out for hours. The biscuits were the worst of all—so hard and flavorless that I had to spit them out. To add insult to injury, the meal was grossly overpriced for the tiny portion served. It was a total rip-off. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this nightmare of a restaurant at all costs.
