I tried to get a hold of you and your phone number is forwarded to a 213 area and the voice mail is full. I would never have put this out on Yelp but you don't even answer the phone. For some reason your buns were so stale today that they just fell apart. Maybe somebody should try eating one of your sandwiches before you go on shift or something I don't know. I've had nothing but good food from your location since you opened. You would think that this one sandwich shouldn't make that big of a difference. This sandwich was so strange I couldn't even tell what was wrong with it. I kept wondering why In and Out had a line of cars and you have no one waiting for your food. If they received what I did today, I no longer have reason to wonder. Don't worry there's still something to be grateful for. That is, that I didn't take a picture. And I can't tell you what the Ambiance is like because you lock the doors before you're supposed to be closed.

The two chicken breasts we ordered were disappointingly dry, not fresh. Sat under heat lamps too long. New location of all places shouldn't be creating a reputation of serving old, dry chicken.

I was so excited for the store to open. But I have to say the four times I've been here It has totally sucked.. Today was a complete joke as they were out of all sandwiches and all wings . Specials like the rippin chicken are never at this location.. Your staff sucks Nothing is ever made, right . Why don't you hire a real manager or just close the doors as this location is cursed

Horrible service! Waited 30 mins at the drive thru! I've only been to this location about 4 times. Food is okay, not a big fan about fried chicken in general. After tonight, I'm never going back! I waited in the drive for 30 minutes. The car in back of me finally decided to back out of the line and I did as well. When I got there, a car was already there. There was a car in front of me when we entered the drive through. When I left, the car that was already there before me and the other car that was in front of me was still at the window waiting for their food.

Been in line for 30 minutes at 730 on a Wednesday and have not moved one inch. Can't get out of the drive through or I would leave.....HORRIFIC........... Still sitting here and nowhere near close to getting.... NEVER COME HERE!!!! 6 months this is gonna be a Taco stand.
Really sad to leave this review but I've ordered a handful of times at this location and the food was awful wayyy more often than not. Chicken would be bland or not fresh or both. Fries cold and stale. Pie cold and stale. Service the few times I've gone through the drive thru have been good.. but it doesn't make up for their bad chicken.

This Popeyes just open recently yet they seem to have no regard for retaining their customers by closing their Lobby doors and drive-thru for business well before the 11 pm time they're supposed to close.

This is the worst restaurant experience I've had and I'm 71 years old. I ordered food for three on-line and half the order was missing when Door Dash dropped it off. You can't call the store because their phone number doesn't work. I drove the 5 miles to the store and asked to speak to the manager (Morgan) Morgan was the most disrespectful, condescending, mean spirited "hospitality" worker I've ever come in contact with. She refused to give me my money back, refused to give me the balance of my order (that I paid for) and then called the police when I refused to leave without my food. I would avoid this place like the plague! And it's a dump on top of it.
