What an awesome venue. David and Joe took very good care of my group. I brought 48 people up from San Diego for a viewing of Top Gun. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The food was great and the atmosphere was just incredible. I love the nostalgia behind Rick's cafe and the theater was not only comfortable but absolutely gorgeous. Might people are raving about their visit. I would like to thank David and joe, and the rest of the staff at regency theater....
I like coming here with friends and family every so often to grab a bite during our movie! They have a nice selection of beer and wine, and it's not too expensive! Fun little patio, too. You get an exceptional view of San Juan and the train tracks from up there. I love how the name of the restaurant is based on Ricks cafe in Casablanca, too. Great atmosphere. Will recommend to everyone I know for a good time.
Parking nearby stinks. But the theater is a nice change of pace from the mega-theaters around the area. The VIP theater is small, but the seats are nice and Rick's Cafe is right outside the door. Reserved seats for $11 is a wonderful thing! Don't like the popcorn, as much as the other theaters, but heck; it's not horrible. Just give yourself enough time to park there by the train station and surrounding areas, because the parking structure right there IS A BEAST!!...
