I visited this place with my brother, the place was clean, customer service was great and the food was good.
I usually love the crunchy tacos! I ordered four tacos for me and mom,and all of the shells were cracked in several places and the meat didn't taste good! The tacos were basically unedible...that was a first for me,I may never go back,I'm so disappointed.

I placed an order online and waited in line. Took forever. I was then told I had to go to the back of the line and wait again. This is ridiculous and stupid. I've never heard of waiting in line twice. I will not be returning.

Horrible customer service, not that I really go to Taco Bell for the customer service so whatever, but you can at least do the bare minimum of your job. I've ordered the crunch wrap supreme 3 separate times here each time after 9 pm, and they forgot the meat every single time. The employees know that you most likely won't open up each item till you get home, and when you find that your order is messed up they know you most likely won't drive back. So whatever they can do to cut corners they will.

Ordered via drive thru and the cashier rushed us by asking "is that all? or "listo?" multiple times and then a second cashier came on the mic and asked us if we were ready! We didn't even get a chance to look at the menu. And there was NO ONE behind us! When we drove up to the window, not a soul inside ordering either! What is going on these days? Why is everyone so inpatient? I get it if we took a while to order but we didn't. Grrr!!
