The Tea House On Los Rios

Beautiful experience, delicious fresh food. Will come again ! I took a star off because there were long breaks in between receiving drink refills or offering to reorder drinks, perhaps due to shift change or staff breaks. But that's really the only thing, overall the servers were very polite and helpful, no grief towards them personally. Definitely a must try!

This was my first time attending a Legends of the Fall event at The Tea House and it was spectacular. The whole vibe is so different at night, and with this event, spooky, which equals awesome. The food was delish and we left full and happy. Total core memory!

It was beautiful and brisk fall evening. As we were waiting to be seated, We listened to a few brief Legends of the Fall ghost stories and a short history of the Los Rios Tea House told by the owner. We sat on the covered and heated patio that was softly lit. We had the Butternut squash soup along with the Harvest salad. The Beef Stroganoff as the main dish and a small variety of desserts. The food and service were both excellent. The Los Rios Tea House is our favorite!

Brought my best friend there for her birthday. It was our first time visiting. We had a fantastic time, Autumn our server was so attentive and sweet. I highly recommend the teahouse for any special occasion or any day that you want to enjoy a cute little place with great food, tea and fantastic service. I will definitely be planning another visit with more of my girlfriends for an afternoon of fun.

What a beautiful 13th Birthday Celebration for my daughter! The location is fantastic! Beautiful setting from the drive in. We were fortunate to find parking on location. The grounds are green and so pretty like a secret garden. There were so many little secret spots, for instance... there was a tree with a little fairy village all over it. Adorable. There are so many little nooks for photo opportunities. Our server was patient and kind, great knowledge of the food and menu. The food presentation and taste was delicious. This is a dining experience. So beautiful and well worth your special event.

Afternoon Tea at the Tea House was fabulous. You had a choice of 60 - yes, 70 types of tea. The scones were huge and quite tasty. Also included was soup, salad, tea sandwiches + desserts. The service was excellent and price quite reasonable. I would definitely go back.

It was a lovely lunch afternoon with a friend. The foods was wonderful and filling. Employees were welcoming and friendly. The shops in the area were fun with lots of crafts. I hope to return soon.

A gem in Southern California! We always enjoy its beautiful, nicely curated surroundings, and wonderful tea and food! We had a ladies' lunch and I can't think of any better place than this anywhere in the world! Love it!

Lovely spot, we had the high tea experience. Seated on the patio in the back under shade, quieter than the main restaurant which we preferred. Overall a lovely time.

Beautiful ambiance, drinks, tea, and scones Brunch items were great, the tea time menu (sandwiches, salad, soup, and dessert were all just subpar). Way too much bread on the sandwiches with little to no filling — very disappointing. But service, tea, and scones were amazing. Great that they offer gluten free options.

This is such an enchanting venue. The ambiance is amazing and always festive, celebrating the season in a Victorian style. There are so many photo ops for fun pics with friends and family. It's a great place to celebrate a special occasion. The food is fabulous. If you aren't into tea sandwiches there are so many other delicious options. We had a wonderful time.

We love the tea house. We tried the fall experience menu. It was delicious and our server was fantastic. We really enjoyed our time. I gave 4 stars for overall experience versus 5 due to the bathrooms. There are only 2 for the entire restaurant and far too much time was wasted standing in line to use the bathroom. I understand its an old building and not alot can be done about that. But for a place where you spend majority of the meal drinking liquids it's not ideal to have to wait for so long.
