We love Wendy’s donuts! Great neighborhood service and familiarity & everything, from the donuts to the breakfast sandwiches, are made fresh and delicious. The coffee is great too. Cant recommend enough.

Food is actually decent but the price is horrendous. $12 for a donut with only avocado added on. Be very careful, the staff is known to tip themselves 20%.

Dear Owner, I’m aware there’s two locations of shops. I went to your shop next to StMargrets. That is very true staff is excellent and friendly always! The gentleman who was rude, was an older white male. It was the first time I had seen him. The man was so upset afterwards he was literally shaking and sweating from how upset he was. Completely unacceptable customer service.RE: Dear Owner,I appreciate the education regarding your establishment; and your input. Also as resident of San Juan I’m aware of both locations. You are correct it was Steve. Regardless if it was my first time, how do you treat customers like that? I rather you address the actual complaint and apologize rather than beat around the bush like it wasn’t your location or actually occurred. That is how this situation will be corrected.
