The food was average, the ambiance a little less than average as the people create it. The service is by far, this place's worse attribute. The cashier lady seems to believe, customers are there for her. Fails to understand the simplest of requests and resorts to face contortions and eye rolling, infantile behavior really. Failing to charge for half the order, she blamed a customer for her error, ridiculous. As for the prices, I didn't complain but with that poor kind of service, any price is overpriced! My order came to well over $180 as I ordered for 7 and it took the better part of an hour to get 6 bagels, one omelet, 4 smoothies and being shorted one cappuccino- They have a beautiful espresso machine but they don't know how to use it, so they offer "gas station" style instant cappuccino- what a joke!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous how expensive they are and how much they have raised their prices. A toasted bagel with butter and jelly is $5.75. No prices are listed on the menu board and there is a sign reading that prices are increasing Ok food but unnecessarily outrageous prices.

It was our 1st time going to Wendi's Donuts and really good the cashiers very nice, the place very clean, and theres a variety of drinks and snacks.
Outrageously priced. $5.65 for 1 very weak coffee and 1 donut? Might as well go to Starbucks, or Pete's, it will be cheaper and taste better. FYI merchants - when Starbucks is cheaper than you, you know you've gone too far with the price gouging.

Very slow customer service plus use to be open at 5am now it's open at 6 or 7am to late for morning working people

Showed up at 7:00am and was told they can't make any egg breakfast items for 20min and they dont have anything but plain bagels ready. When I show up at 8:00am half the time they are out of donuts. I've tried calling ahead to have donuts set aside and they either don't answer or in some cases have picked up and hung up on me. They say they open at 5am, but don't have anything ready. I can't find a time that I can come here for breakfast and have donuts and bagels both available. What a shame.

A nice little donut shop in San Juan Capistrano. It's located in a strip mall off the exit off Ortega Hwy. they have sandwiches and drinks available along with donuts that are made daily. They have a nice selection of everything there but I always like to try a variety of different ones. The blue berry, strawberry and cinnamon donuts were my favorite. The service and quality of the items were all very good. Glad to have found another good donut place in San Juan Capistrano.
