No frills great drinks and snacks. I really love this place's design and set up, feels old school in all the right ways. The milk shakes are great, and I love the little egg puffs. Guys working the counter were all hard work and friendly. Seems like a spot for a lot of young people to get an affordable bite. They have a lot of fun arcade and board games to try out too

Hands-down cheapest price, freshest warm plentiful serving of boba for no extra charge, large sizes, and fast service, and games you can play for free too. No public restroom because we can't have nice things in the Bay but the drinks service and prices are unbeatable!!! 500 Stars!

The store was empty and he only asked him one question about the menu that the man couldn’t be bothered to answer. Bought a drink because my son really wanted one and it wasn’t even good.

Extremely rude owners/operators. Went with my three year old son and they continually yelled at us over nothing.
I like this place, there is only something negative in the customer service. Of two people who serve, the younger man does not have a good attitude when serving, however, the man who looks a little older, is courteous, very friendly and he knows how to give good customer service. So he alone makes a big difference in the business.

This was our first time in today and the people who are working were so friendly and even gave us a waffle to try, the drinks were delicious, the chairs and atmosphere were comfy and relaxing, this will definitely become a staple for us in the neighborhood.

I ordered 2 drinks and asked for an extra glass, they didn't give it to me, they told me they didn't have any glasses.When I picked up my drinks, I took an extra straw to share my drink with a family member. When I was sitting in the chair, the person came out and took the straw from me. There was only one straw per drink, that's what he told me and I wanted to use the bathroom and it didn't work. It had a big sign. What did it say out of order?I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Let’s start with right away the owner doesn’t want to work. He was in a horrible mood when taking my order. Toppings are extra and I asked for strawberries and bananas and got 1 piece of each. It was hard and burnt and asked to get another one. I was watching from a farther distance and he throw it away then took it out the trash and put the strawberry and banana inside again. That’s disgusting very unprofessional, especially since I have been coming since they open. That’s messed up, he robably thought I wasn’t looking.
