My company had an account with Associated for over 15 years. Our needs changed over the years, so we did not have to order as much as we had in the past, but we still had a need for certain products to be delivered to our office. Recently, I wanted to place an order and was told that our account had been closed because we were not ordering often enough. I insisted on speaking to someone in charge. That was of no use. Bottom line: terrible customer service. No appreciation for our years of business. No one ever bothered to call me to tell me they were closing our account. No one ever said we had to order a certain amount each year. Beware! Unless you are going to order a lot and often, these people don't want to be bothered with you!

If I could I wouldn't give them a star. The dude was supposed to show up at 2pm and it's now 3:17. How do you stay in business? You could have at least called or emailed to cancel. All I can say is wow just wow good work!!

These guys started off FANTASTIC, but have since slid down the very STEEP pole of disappointment. Service declined very quickly - right after or within the year mark. Our coffee machine works BARELY half of the time. Should have been replaced last year at that very latest... and yet they keep "fixing it" and just tell us "its old." So, ok. Lets get a new one? Our rep left and we've never been assigned to a new one, regardless of repeated calls. Supplies are quite often shorted or delivered erroneously. Never any permanent solution to anything. Pretty frustrating. They REALLY need to step it up. At this point... we're on the hunt for someone new.

Associated Services has been delivering high quality coffee, tea and water to my company for years. We had a jam in the Flavia coffee machine, and I called their customer service number to find out what to do. Not only was the representative helpful in immediately getting the jam cleared, she actually called back to check that everything was working properly. That is what I call EXCELLENT Client customer service! On another occasion, I had a business reason to stop by their San Leandro headquarters, and while in the waiting area, I noticed a book of thank you cards that students from a local school had sent to the owner, for support with their school programs. This is a company that serves the community in many ways, some which are obvious, and others which are quietly impressive!

My office has used Associated Services for years as our vendor for coffee and water cooler systems. We enjoy being able to give our business to a local company and we've never really had any serious problems or issues. A majority of the staff that I've been in contact with (via email, on the phone and in person) have been very professional and courteous. The only issue I ever really had was it was nearly impossible trying to get ahold of the Sales Rep when it was time to pick up the supplies I had borrowed for a tasting. Meh... one experience that wasn't the best but also wasn't completely horrible. Overall, I enjoy doing business with them and recommend them to anyone looking for a coffee/water solution that is convenient for their office.

We have a coffee machine serviced by them. We had an issue with it and the repair person came out to fix it. 10 minutes after he left, it stopped working again. We called the customer service department and was told they wouldn't be able to make it out until Monday. It is Wednesday and after countless phone calls not responded to, we are left to wonder if they will ever come out. We will be looking for another company to service our machine and provide supplies. I would seriously consider other companies before choosing this company. They don't seem to care about their clients.
