I left a review earlier this year in regards to the size of the subs being different and guess what just went again today and they got smaller, If I didn't live 15mins I'd drive back get a refund this is unacceptable $18 for a sandwich I could have made at home seriously get it together, pictured is the sub once u eat half way thru it the end looks like that lol so instead of 100% sandwich with meat you get a sandwich with only 50% meat,
I even mentioned it to the guy giving the sandwiches away that it seemed a like a small burrito he said the bread this n that u said ok and here we are, I've ordered catering from this place for my business but it seems they do not appreciate good business

This is my favorite Sandwich shop in the Bay area, Great Sandwiches and exotic snacks and drinks, I don't eat pork based lunch meat, they have beef and turkey dry salami... Hard to find. The sandwiches and the service are A1, Don't miss out on a culinary experience. If you want an authentic deli sandwich this is the spot!!!!

They're usually Really good. Pick up sandwich up in the morning for lunchtime. Long story short. I thought it was a joke. they made my Sandwich all wrong🥪 They even gave me the wrong salad.🤦🏻♂ Was so very disappointment threw the whole thing away... 😡

Management should really consider coaching their employees. They just ignored me. Pro tip: DO NOT let customers wait for ordering. Lots of work? Consider taking orders first instead of doing anything else! Take orders and warn customers for delays in delivery their meal, BUT never let them wait and ignore them. After standing there for 8-10 mins, I left, put the soda back in the fridge and left, they didn’t even notice. A guy with beard and a cashier in black seemed more interested reviewing some papers and talking to other customers. Not coming back. Save your “sorry” speech reply; won’t come back. Best of luck!
