The staff here are incredible and I am so sorry I didn't have enough to tip yall properly ? They were so patient as I asked them to change the ice cream flavor for a cake due the next day (tomorrow)! Shout out to the gentleman, I wish I had gotten his name and the young lady with ponytails!

My first hot fudge sundae was small. Now they make me an ample size sundae...I'm happy with them now. If a clerk makes small scoops ...it matters and seems like a waste of money because ice-cream is now very expensive! Thank you for being fair - Baskin-Robbins!

This place has really gone down hill smh. Now I've been going to this Baskin-Robbins since I was a child I haven't been in there in like a decade so I come today and I start ordering my ice cream sundae and the Caucasian boy with the brown hair cuts me off in the middle of my order to say "I can help you." I let him know that the woman is already helping me and he says "well, I can ring you up " he's over here trying to ring me up and I haven't finished ordering ! He was super pushy super abrasive and I don't even understand why he felt the need to be that way thanks to him my family and I won't going back to that location .

This store needs to hire more adults and less kids. Some of the employees appear to be biased towards non hispanic customers. Noticed that some employees, especially all male employees do not service non hispanic customers in the same manner that they do hispanic customers. There also appears to be more playing and screwing around than work being done. Some adult supervision is sorely needed.

I am so happy that this old fashioned chain continues to live on as it serves up some of my favorite flavors from my youth. Champagne ice! Yummy.

This place is my go to for delicious ice cream and good service!! My favorite is the cappuccino blast! They have fast service and always recommending new items. It's a great place to go for good ice cream and fast service!

Not sure if it's a coincidence or what, but every time I come here, and ask for a hand made waffle cone, they tell me they don't have batter, or it's too late. *sit in my car and eats my ice cream in a cup,...kid walks out few minutes later with a hand made cone. Wtf. They lazy.period. I live a block away. And next time I'll Just drive my a** to cold stone in Hayward.
