The roasted pork and barbecue pork are good, but the rest of the food needs some improvement. Don't think they have enough people to help serve the line either. But for the price they charge, you just deal with it.

Can't go wrong with the burbique.

This place is pretty well hidden in a large shopping mall. It's fairly modern, clean and they manage to put up pretty good food! They a good variety of hot, ready-to-eat food on a steam table ready for immediate for take out. Since this was my first time here, I opted to pickup Char Siu Chow Fun and Sauteed Green Beans with Chicken in large carton size. While they were boxing that up, I saw that they had small, deep-fried, Sesame Balls with Red Bean filling. I have a fondness for these whenever I can find them - so, of course, I had to try some. I just wish that they were larger. I got $2 worth (3 for $1). I brought it all home and we had it for a late lunch. We liked all three items and I would rate them as 4/5 and 5/5 for the Sesame Balls. The staff is nice and their English is fairly good. They offer a decent selection of dishes and the prices are very reasonable when compared other casual Chinese places. Best of all, the food is good, hot and fresh.

I used to love this place but now every time I've gone, the workers just ignore me and as soon as an Asian person comes in, they get their order. I walked out today. I won't be returning. Kinda crap to ignore me when I've been standing in line and waiting and than to go and take others orders who just walked in. Pretty rude.

I don't usually write reviews but when you are treated so rudely not once but twice you need to tell people I went in twice and both times I was ignored while I was in line to order food and people who wandered in was waited on like I didn't excised I like there food but I will never go back do to such poor service

I am very sorry to share the Wor Wonton Soup was really bad, the worst ever. The broth was water & salty soy sauce only, no other flavors. I have never seen a Wor Wonton Soup made so badly. I have been ordering Wor Wonton Soup at any restaurant that has it. It's clear tasty broth w/wontons, vegetables, shrimp, sometimes water chestnuts, peas. This broth was definitely only soy sauce and water, the soy sauce flavor was overpowering & so salty. I work in the area so I Door Dashed from San Leandro location, my very first and last time, I will never order from this place again. I threw away my soup because it caused my tongue to feel raw from the overpowering soy sauce saltiness. Very Dissatisfied

The food in this restaurant is not safe and the food is not clean. Stomach pain after eating. Please don't patronize.

I don't know much about other Chinese take out places like this one, but my dad likes it for the bargains and they also give him more at the end of the day. It's take out food so it's expected expected be greasy, but it's delicious. I don't eat this much but my dad loves it and I think it's good for those gatherings where you need something quick.I do like their roast duck and chicken.I've also had their Chinese tamales in bamboo leaves. Good tasting tamales but I guess they always are only left with red bean. Do the peanut and green bean ones always sell out so fasf?

Would be better if the inside wasn't so dirty and if flies weren't buzzing around.

I have been here to buy BBQ chicken & pork ribs a lot of times in the past five years. I can feel bed customer service more than three times when the man cut the bigger pieces of chicken after I requested him to cut in smaller pieces. Once a black girl stood behind me and the man seemed to serve her first before I complained about that. I will not be returning customer here.

This is a hole in the wall kind of to-go place, small but staff is very friendly. Price is very reasonable. Rice combo, Roasted Pork rice and BBQ Pork rice are $5.99 after 5pm! It is very affordable nowadays when inflation is so high. The food is not super special nor unforgettable, but it is a place where I can pick up a bento box when I don't feel like cooking. I give 4 stars not because it is a fancy restaurant but a small business that is providing good priced food to the community. Will continue to come if I am too lazy to cook.

No good. The salted spareribs tasted old (to the point where I felt I may get sick if I ate it). I know what your thinking. I went late when the food has been sitting out too long. Not so my friend. I went at 11:30am. Avoid this place.

I like stopping here when I'm craving BBQ duck. It's fresh and the meat is very tasty and tender. They have a line of prepared Chinese food to order. It can get a little busy at times so you may have someone cut in front of you but I don't thing the owners do it intentionally. I like Asian food so I make it a point to study different languages so that when I order food I can practice. Sometimes people are surprised to hear me trying to speak their language and it seems to help me when I'm ordering.

I came in to order a duck and was waiting in line patiently, and they took someone who I was in front of ahead of me, gave her the duck and then told me they were sold out. There was also another lady asking for a duck who cut in line, who they were about to help before me. I left without anything but a really bad experience.
