Don't like the AI service they have, when ordering food, everything looks good until you get to the next window to find out they don't have what you already order, need to work on this new system
Food quality is better than before. However the server, Maria, had a bad cold turkey attitude and careless behavior towards customers. We ordered burgers and drinks. She did even bother asking us if we would like dine in or to go. She just put anything in the bag and left it in the counter while we intended to dine in. She forgot to give us drinks. Once we asked her politely for drinks, she impatiently gave it to us but forgot to give us straws. Once she gave me straws, she said that I should have thanked her. She forgot to give us some sauces, utensils and plates as well. Her accent was too strong to understand her sometimes. She just mumbled out some words together.

This location is always messing up the order even forgetting whole items! And when they don't have what you order they just leave it out and not say anything to you! I have had to go back multiple times to rectify my orders. They act like you are lying until they realize infact they did mess up. One time it was priceless when manager finally figured out why they didn't give me one of the items was because they were out! Who is running this bk?
