Did not get our food right, went thru drive thru. Stopped to use the restroom and it was disgustingly dirty. If they do not maintain cleanliness in their restroom, I wonder how clean their cooking area is?!?

Drive through cust service - zero. Really rudeAfter i paid, i was asked to pull into the dark lot to wait for my order. There were no cars behind me and being it was nite, i declined. Another very snotty employee came over and told me to move my car because she needed to reduce her 'order time'. She was so rude, loud and condescending, i declined again. She then started yelling at me in spanish. Another car pulled in behind me and the extra rude one yelled at me to move. This time i obliged. When they finally brought me my food, the burger had onions and was ice cold. Onion rings - cold and hard. Plus they forgot the zesty sauce so i had to wait another few mins and third employee who looked like a manager that just woke up (literally) hair everywhere, undershirt hanging out and just plain filthy, yup she delivered my zesty sauce and stumbled away. Never returning and so disappointed that this situation occurred.

This is Burger King #10833 at the busy location in front of the San Leandro Costco, near the I-880 & Davis St freeway ramps. This BK is part of a combo setup with a Shell Gas Station, a Rebel carwash, and a 7-Eleven store. I stopped to get gas, and decided to try the BK drive-thru at about 8:45pm (Tuesday). I ordered a Bacon King and a large fries. Everything seemed clean and bright. As you drive around the corner, be careful you don't drive into the carwash! I paid at the 2nd window, and then they didn't something interesting....they asked me to park in the waiting area. A long time ago, I used to be a fast food shift manager. I had to know how to run a drive-thru team. There's two main reasons for "parking" active orders in the drive-thru. They are:- park an order that will take longer, as to not make others wait.- speed up drive-thru times. By parking cars, your line moves faster and smoother.After a few minutes, the young lady comes out and hands me my bag.How was the food? The Fries are a good deal for $3.69. BK fries are thicker, and therefore have a slightly longer holding time. Lightly salted, tender inside, and crispy outside. The Bacon King was okay, but left me expecting more. It's two 1/4-lb patties, bacon, ketchup, mayo, and cheese. It's not bad for just over $8.00. But could be better with some grilled onions and splash of BBQ sauce. It's a good burger for people who like a simple double 1/4-lb'er. You could probably eat this burger while driving and not make a mess. Napkins included, no ketchup.Service okay, food fair for the price.a block west from I-880 freeway, not open all night.Drive safely

They kind of messed up on a few items in our order. But overall it was nice and clean. The kids love the fact they had the paper crowns stacked up all over the restaurant. Unfortunately the bathrooms were not open the day we went so I have no idea what shape the bathrooms are in.

This is THE WORST Burger King I've ever gone to! I would give them ZERO stars if I could! The workers here are extremely rude, including the manager that was on shift! I went to this location with my children, placed an online order through the Burger King app, and sat down waiting for my order. I kept checking the app to view the status of my order and it kept saying "Order being processed." After about 20 minutes of waiting with the same status message, I went up to the counter to ask if my order was ready yet. The worker was super rude and replied, "Well, did you mention that you were waiting for a to-go order?" And I replied, "No, the app stated the order was still being processed and I was thinking maybe you guys would call out the order number once it was ready." She replied, "We don't call out the number here." She then proceeded to walk away to grab my order that had been sitting ready behind the counter while speaking to the manager that was present in Spanish laughing that we had been waiting for our food all that time. My children were really hungry by this time and instead of taking the food to go, we decided to eat our food there. The whole time we were there, the manager and workers behind the counter gathered around one another speaking in Spanish and laughed as they glared at my children and I as we ate. When my children and I were done eating, we cleaned up our table, grabbed our stuff, and as we were walking to the door to leave, the manager proceeded to walk towards the back where the other workers were and started to sing in Spanish saying, "They're leaving! They're leaving!" I was so annoyed and angry to say the least! If you choose to be rude and talk about your customers in another language right in front of them, you better make sure they can't understand you!!! Don't they know that they teach Spanish in school?!?..even my young children understood what they were saying! Oh...I'm sorry...they probably didn't go to school! You best believe I'm gonna call Corporate to report them! If you choose to go to BK, you're better off going to another location!

what is this customer service im never coming here again. the manager and employees are so rude and gossiping about us in spanish thinking we dont know it girl. what did i do to you? you guys being mean for what? escucha aqui. hablo español y tus empleados son ghettooooooooo. the food was okay but the service.... nuh uh. but after i was done i was walking out of the place i heard them saying "shes leaving, shes leaving,". cheering. girl. stop that. the only thing thats gonna be leaving is your job, and that place shutting down. and one worker with red hair is trying so hard to be ariana grande. she put her ponytail on so tight, it looks like its gonna fall off and making her voice like ariana. wanna be. so embarrassing. worst burger king ever. its a fact, not a opinion. Regardless of the time of day, their food has about a 50% chance of being stale. They're more the kind of place you go to as a last resort, but then tonight out of desperation I was going to hit their drive through on my way to work, just to realize they just decided to walk out and close down a good 45 minutes early. You're better off going to the 7 Eleven next door, chances are you will be less likely to get food poisoning.
This is third time, they forgot to put ketchup & napkins into my order even after my demand for ketchup to the window.

Whoever is running this store seems kind of cheap. The soda machine in the dining area is "out of service" so you have to get the drink from the cashier. I didn't eat in so I don't know if you can get refills, but having to ask is certainly going to cut down on requests. Otherwise, very nice and good food and service.

How do you F up a very very simple order?!?!?!?Medium Sprite. Medium Fries. They couldn't even get that right. The fries were UNDER COOKED. They were hot but not crispy. What does that tell you? They removed them from the fryer before they were done. I can't get sick from the one fry, can I?The Sprite had no taste. Their selling carbonation only today I guess....What went wrong in these women's lives that they gave up ALL HOPE in life to not even care about burgers??.....

They ignored the line and left everyone waiting with no person at the till as they where serving the drive thru crowd. The manager Ruby finally served us as they had no staff to assist with walk in customers. Maybe this location should be driving-thru only.
