Really disappointed with the service at this store, they lack customer service and appreciation, we ordered plain iced coffee in the app,but they don't have hence replaced with some other favor.we are fine with that until they telling us not to order plain coffee again, as if we did something wrong, fact of the matter being they can not provide for what they have in the app. Best thing they could do is appreciate us customers for visiting their store and figure out way to improve their supplies and service ,rather than for the 50 cents difference between plain coffee and other flavors.

Drive thru extremely full, so >I walked in. Usually, by the time you drive off, they always mess up your order. Pricey service for condiments (extra). Not what I'm used to on 35-40$ orders. Wanted to even charge me for pickels on the side. Bottom line... I've been at better & usual BG's and I think I will continue to do that from this point on.

Bk San Leandro is a rip off!
Meals for $5 & $7, they add extra $1 when it's advertised for $5 $7, 2 for me or 3 for me meals! This franchise always charges an extra dollar, when inquiring, the worker gets hostile saying go somewhere else! How rude š²
I say ppl shouldn't frequent this place, totally disgusting! & filthy tables inside!
Bad service and the food is bad, dry fries š and the lettuce in the burger was dry ,maybe there is not manager to check their workers or the quality of the food ,very disappointed š

I went there on Monday the 23rd and the cashier didnāt want to take my order and I had a coupon. When we walked in there, there was only two people dinning in. We waited there for 5 min the lady saw us and didnāt tell us anything because we were waiting for our order to be taken. She told me you can order at the self kiosk and I told her well I have a coupon I am not sure how to input in there and she said the kiosk can scan it so then Iām like okay. My mom goes up to her asking her if she can use the bathroom and she cuts her off saying we can order at the kiosk and my mom is like no I have to use the restroom. She opens the bathroom for my mom and while Iām ordering there is not option to input the coupon it just said pay here or pay at the counter and my mom comes back I tell her and she is trying to get the ladyās attention. She sees her and ignores her and I tell her to letās just go. Another lady passes by she tells us we have to put a code number from the coupon but there was no option at all for that. We ended up leaving because no one was helping and they could have easily taken our order but just told us to order at kiosk. I am not sure if they were understaffed or something but there was only two cars in the drive-thu. There should be a cashier because there are older people who donāt know how to use the kiosks and people with disabilities who donāt understand how these machines work. We went to McDonaldās instead because they had better customer service.

Came in yesterday around noon and I was 2 cents short and I didn't bring my credit card I left it at home and she wouldn't let me get my order even though it's 2 cents short. Slap the money in my hand and stormed off like a child

I'm not happy with my order. My whopper jr. w cheese was messy, and the nuggets were old. The fries were good. The phone is always off the hook. The white lady that's always there was fixing food and touching register with the same gloves. Never ordering from here. Extremely nasty.

The food was good and fresh better than the location on Davis. The service normally i don't complain, but here at first it was good i ordered at the drive thru, the lady that gave me the food was nice. But when you tell them that you are missing half of your order they attitude starts changing . And then they checked the order and supposedly fixed it and still ended up missing food and you told them again, they gave you an attitude. In the end, i was still missing part of my order. I meant they had a received tape on the bag that said what i paid for and still some how end up missing part of the order. I mean, if you dont like to do customer service, find another job where you dont have to deal with customers. I was never rude to them, but the one with the attitude was the cashier at the drive-thru. If go here order inside .
