My go-tos: dried fried chicken wings and salt and pepper spare ribs. I don't think I have ever ordered anything else from here. Timing is a hit or miss. I always give them an hour, especially on game days because they get bombarded with orders. Sometimes their oil is old and their food suffers because of it, but besides that, never really any issues.
I go here for their chicken wings! It has a great flavor that people come back for.This is a total fast food looking spot, not a dine in location. The line here takes a while because I think it's one of those hidden gems that people seem to know about. Most people would think, "Canton Express"? Sounds cheap and completely Americanized, but don't knock it till ya try it. I drove by on Saturday, February 18th at 2:00pm and they were closed. I tried calling their number and let it ring 20 times with no answer. I did a search online and saw a listing that they were temporarily closed. There was no reason given.I hope that the owners are well. This place has been my go to for Chicken Wings for at least ten years.
