Food was good as usual! I don’t think the waitress want to wait on me as I had to ask for chips&salsa and to bring my water while I wait for my food. When she finally brought me the food , no silverware and napkins. I went to staging area and tore off some brown paper
I normally enjoy Chili’s very much. This San Leandro, CA location is close to home and uses Door Dash for delivery, yay.
But no. I called today to amend my order due to an allergy (as they don’t allow those notes on the DD app for their site), and no one answered. I called SIX TIMES at 2pm and no one ever picked up. So, I’m prepared to pull the onions off my salad.
