It's a Chili's, I ordered pickup to go and normally I don't check my order. I'm glad I did. If you order extra sauces for $1.00 per selection, it's not supposed to come in a souffle cup! The expediter fix the issues.

All the dishes are salt bombs!!! Several dishes are over 4000 mg of sodium. I believe there was one item that was around 1700 mg of sodium but it wasn't even an entree. Way too much salt everywhere. I suggest you look at the nutritional information before you go or at least before you order. Virtually EVERYTHING on the menu was way over the recommended daily value for salt for anyone. If you don't have a health problem when you get there, you might have one after you leave if you eat there.

Our server was great. She was very helpful and she sympathized with our dilemma. We didn't order anything because everything was just so loaded with salt. My wife and I left her a ten dollar tip anyway as it wasn't her fault the food will kill you.

In 2018 at san leandro chili's I and my party were waiting for table 45 minutes. People who came in after us were being seated before us. I could see open tables all over. Finally I asked what was the problem with us getting seated. The hostess was extremely rude and dismissive. They other people seated before us were all white. I asked to speak to a manager. He was just as rude. In the middle of his disrespect I pointed out instead of the talking why he didn't just seat us. After an hour now gone by he finally took us to the back of the resterant by the kitchen. We passed several better tables on the way. I asked can we have one of those tables. He said those were closed yet I am looking at people sitting in these sections. Finally frustrated I refused to sit the help section and we left hungry and I will never patronize chillis any were ever again. IT WAS CLEARLY BECAUSE WE ARE BLACK!!!!!!! IGNORANT WHITE CRACKERS AND MOST DISAPPOINTING BLACK CRACKERS.

Jennifer, my server, was exceptional. What a great service she provided! She went far and beyond always with a big smile.

This place sells the worst lava cake I ever had. It was just a regular cake with seriously sweet chocolate syrup. The chocolate syrup is unbelievably sweet and will numb your tongue. Such a waste of money
